Sky high prices. No longer opens at 7am but 8am. Do better Thriftys.

I have so many complaints about this Thriftys1. They don’t have red band sour suckers like all the other thriftys2. The bakery has gone sooo downhill they don’t make anything they used to, for example dinner roles, and the cookies have been hard.3. The store says open until 10:00pm but all the departments (meat, deli, bakery) close at 7-8pm4. This one is my biggest pet peeve, they don’t bag your groceries. I understand Covid, but the restrictions aren’t in place anymore. When I put my bags up they literally throw them to the side and pretend they didn’t see them. Then when you have to hustle to get all your stuff packed they look at you like you’re an inconvenience. Please train your cashiers to bag groceries and acknowledge the reusable bags. I don’t know why you have a reusable bag discount when none of your employees even acknowledge it!

The employees at this location are so miserable. If I wanted to be yelled at I would have gone home without the groceries Thanks for the experience. Also your cashers need customer service training. This is the second time I've gone here and they were rude. The self checkout at Walmart is nicer to us.

Good neighbourhood grocery store. Not huge so it's easy to get in and out. Parking can be challenging. Good selection for the size.

The cashier was very rude, made comments about what I was buying and kept calling me "ma'am" but not in a polite tone.Get self check outs, they're not judgemental. Also stock your store, never seen a Thriftys so poorly stocked.

The store is clean and the staff are friendly. The prices are higher than some other grocery stores, but the produce is among the best you can find in town. This store is definitely on the smaller side, and parking can be a challenge for larger vehicles, but in spite of that, it is still a good place to shop.

Great little grocery store with helpful staff. The parking is very limited however.

$6.65 for a 4L jug of Island Farm milk. What an absolute scam! Meanwhile Canadian dairy farmers just recently poured out millions of litres of milk due to overproduction. Shows the massive failure of capitalism: false scarcity to keep prices high.Stop price gouging.

Pretty good place. It can be expensive but the customer service is probably the best in the area. The staff are a blast to chat with. Only real issue is that garbage bags aren't with cleaning supplies, which makes my monkey brain confused.

Cost me $100 for less than a week of groceries. Nothing that I bought was "organic" or "sustainable" compared to other major grocery stores. I would recommend saving your money and going to Walmart, they have a larger selection and a greater variety of prices. I am extremely disappointed everytime I see the exorbitant prices that this company charges for food. 1.6/5 starts, would not go back.

Edit: Still an expensive store, but they have been putting significant discount stickers on their soon to expire products that don't sell at the regularly high prices. I have bought bacon, wholes chickens, kefir, and their butter chicken meal at really high discounts.I am still disappointed in the Scene+ card. The Air Miles cash rewards accumulated way faster for me; therefore I preferred it; and I really dislike having to use a loyalty card to get the sale price.I have increased the star rating form 2 to 4 because the store is always really clean, they have a wide variety of products, and the cashiers are really friendly. My previous 2 score was when I was really frustrated logging into Scene+ online, and it said I had to call. I still haven't called the number. But Scene+ is only one part of the Tuscany Thrifty Foods shopping experience, so that was too low.
