“I walked into Fountain tire looking for winter tires as I recently moved to Bear mountain. I previously didn’t need any winter tires, so had no idea what I needed. I met Paul, he understood my needs & not only gave me options but also explained the difference… he was very transparent about pricing & offered me the sale price that I wasn’t aware of…?
In no time, Paul ordered my tires & had me scheduled in. I had my wallet pulled out as I thought there would be at least a deposit required but no payment was required. Talk about No’ pressure sales!! “Highly recommend. After a bad experience with another local tire shop, we reached out by email and were immediately impressed. They replied quickly, invited us to drop in without an appointment, and took a look at the vehicle right away.
The first thing they noticed was that our spare had been installed by the other shop on the front right, which they explained isn’t the safest setup, especially since the car is front-wheel drive. They immediately moved the spare to the rear (for free), clearly explained the safety issue, and corrected it on the spot, which instantly gave us some surprise peace of mind.
Within about five to ten minutes, they gave us two clear options: either they could source a replacement wheel from a junkyard in Vernon for around $260 (including shipping), or have their local repair contact attempt a fix for about $150.
After feeling stuck at the other tire shop, they had us fully sorted almost immediately.
Clear options, realistic pricing, and no pressure. I couldn’t ask for more.”
