Rude staff, walked in 10 mins later not even a hello, 2 employees too busy talking about their own relationships at the till. Turned around after looking around the whole store and walked right out, will not waste my money on terrible customer service. Maybe pay people who actually know how to do their job in the this industry. What a joke! I’ll be sure to send all myClients elsewhere.

Not great customer service. While the in store service was fine, it was issues I had with my product afterwards. I contacted urban barn via email and provided pictures of my product (which has Urban Barn branding and tags on it) and they said they cannot provide any help as long as I had the receipt. I did not keep the receipt as I was expecting to keep the product but it did not keep up. The product just isn’t worth it and they won’t provide any help if you are not satisfied with it. Truly disappointing

Oh, Urban Barn. I really do love your shop, but your customer service is deplorable and I can’t bring myself to spend a penny due to your poor customer service.Two years ago, while shopping to refurnish my cousin’s home, we received the worst customer service - fully ignored by staff congregated at the front counter for almost 30 minutes.She complained to head office and received a standard corporate apology with a post script that they would follow up with the store directly to provide feedback.I decided to give the shop another try today, and nothing has changed. Three associates were gathered at the central counter when I walked in, and not one of them acknowledged I was there - even when I made it a point to walk right by them.I was the only customer in the store at the time. Retail 101 - say hello, at minimum, when people take time out of their day to shop at your store.

Visiting Urban. Barn was a wonderful experience. I was looking for new cushions for my living room and the .lady, who assisted me, was very helpful. My chesterfield.has a new look and I am happy. Everything is nicely displayed in. Urban Barn. Thanks again.

I had a great experience start to finish when buying a console table at Urban Barn Victoria. I received amazing service from Neha. This item had been unavailable for quite some time but I was keen to buy it as is was perfect for my needs. When I visited the store Neha showed me the floor model and answered my numerous questions about arrival dates, number of tables they were expecting, my chances of securing one with multiple other orders already received from others, delivery options, etc. She was very professional and knowledgeable as well as warm and personable. I waited a couple of weeks to place my order based on my ideal timeframe. When I phoned the store, I spoke with Rusty, the manager who was also lovely and very helpful and we got my purchase completed. Such a great customer service experience.

The staff were attentive and positive towards me. I purchased an item that didn’t end up fitting my decor but while there I noticed something else that would fit so I bought that instead. Still a happy shopper ?

This place has an outdated system between online shopping and physical store. On the website, they have misleading ads where it says "IF you buy online you get X% discount". However, those discounts are the same as in the physical store.Anyway, I bought online to "take advantage" of the promotion. Usually, when the item is available in stores, I receive a next-day pickup notification. This occasion was different, although they have the item that I bought online in the physical store (at the same price) they did not want to give it to me, they told me that I have to wait several days until "mine" arrives. I found it pretty ridiculous, I wouldn't buy in this place again, there are many other good options in Victoria.

Sorry to say we had a very poor customer support issue with this store and a custom (Canadian made) Van Gogh sectional.The material obviously was defective and now we have a couch that either goes to the dump, or we spend thousands to recover.No help from Urban Barb or Van Gogh.
