“I wanted to take some time to review my recent experience with the service department at Kia Victoria. Let me start by saying that Jeremy and JoHanna are phenomenal when it comes to customer service! Huge RAVE to them for treating me like I was an important customer, my concerns were valid, and my satisfaction is valued.I brought my 2022 Kia Seltos SX Turbo in for a routine service and, at that time, asked if they could check the alignment as well because I was having some issues with the steering wheel alignment and the vehicle drifting. Sure enough, the alignment was out. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the alignment was done and there should be no further issues.Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed that the problem was actually worse than before, so I quickly contacted Jeremy and let him know. Without delay, they brought the vehicle back in to rectify the issue. They made some adjustments and said the car would now be good to go. I was even given a free bag with some swag in it for the inconvenience, very appreciated gesture.Low and behold, I leave the dealership and we are back to square one with the original issue. Now, this visit was the only one in which I have a complaint. At one point, when my vehicle was brought back from the wheel alignment, the technician, Jeremy and the Service Manager were all behind the service desk discussing the issue. While they were talking, I was sitting right there in the waiting area and I could hear the conversation clearly. I then hear the Service Manager pipe up, loudly and in earshot of myself and other customers, "Well, they're just not great cars to drive anyway!" I was appalled at this statement being made not only within ear shot of the customer who owns the vehicle being discussed, but in such an open forum about a product this company manufactures. VERY unprofessional in my opinion.I, once again, reached out to Jeremy to let him know the issue is still persisting. Jeremy demonstrated a sincere commitment to resolving the issue, offered to bring the vehicle back in and provide me with a loaner vehicle so I would not have to waste time sitting at the dealership while they investigated. Unfortunately, this visit still did not resolve the issue - the steering wheel was still slightly off to the left, and the vehicle went to the right when I would straighten it.At this point, I was ready to give up. I simply did not have the time, energy or patience to continue bringing the vehicle in and have the issue persist. I expressed this to Jeremy and he, once again, demonstrated a strong and sincere commitment to resolving the issue. This time, they would bring the loaner vehicle to me and bring my car into the dealership for me.One of the other service advisors, JoHanna lives close to me so I was told she would bring me the loaner vehicle. When she reached out to arrange the swapping of keys, I suggested I take her for a drive in my car to demonstrate the issue clearly, in case there was any sort of misunderstanding in how I was communicating the issue. She willingly took the time to come on a short drive with me so I could demonstrate, and even took notes so that she could communicate the issue clearly when she took my vehicle in for me.Upon picking up my vehicle the next day, Jeremy advised me that there was, in fact, an issue with the calibration of the alignment machine - which likely was the cause of the ongoing issue.Happy to say, my vehicle is now fixed and I am a happy customer. As frustrating as the whole experience was, I was blown away by the level of service and dedication that Jeremy, JoHanna, and their team at Kia Victoria demonstrated. I truly felt heard and valued as a customer.PHENOMENAL JOB GUYS!”
