In the first week of ownership, my car was detailed by a third party that Kia had agreed to pay for, and there was some confusion when I went to pick my car up from the outside shop. I called Kia, and a manager solved the issue fast and went above and beyond. About three weeks later, my car’s head unit broke. After some dialogue, Kia offered some goodwill assistance for a new head unit. Jeremy and Brad’s efforts were much appreciated. I guess they feel their prices are so low compared to the competition that they don't have to get too involved in part exchanges. But as I said, very informative and friendly guy.
