“I bought a used car from Kia Victoria, and the experience was very smooth, stress-free, and fair. Viktor and Emily were great to work with. In the first week of ownership, my car was detailed by a third party that Kia had agreed to pay for, and there was some confusion when I went to pick my car up from the outside shop. I called Kia, and a manager solved the issue fast and went above and beyond. About three weeks later, my car’s head unit broke. After some dialogue, Kia offered some goodwill assistance for a new head unit. Jeremy and Brad’s efforts were much appreciated. I would highly recommend buying a car, new or used, from Kia Victoria.”

“I came for an oil change on a discount Wednesday for women because I had not had an oil change in about 8 months and I still had about 4000 kms left before I was due for one. The nice fellow checked my oil and said it was still reasonably clean, and not down, and said that unless I was doing a long trip, it didn’t need changing for another few months so I’ll return in Sept or October. He topped up my washer fluid and checked my tires and I went on my way. Oh yes, he explained the different options for a synthetic oil change, recommending the middle option at under $140.00. Very reasonable and competitive, I would say. I will return. Note that the access is off Bay even though it is on the corner of Douglas, so approach Jiffy Lube by Bay Street.”
“My regular mechanic told me the problem with my vehicle but was not able to fix the transmission problem. I took it to Bullfrog to have it diagnosed. They told me the same issues as my mechanic told me about the vehicle. Nothing more, nothing less. To fix the problem of my old SUV was more than I wanted to spend. They agreed it was not worth the cost. They said there was no charge for the diagnoses. Friendly, professional.”

“I had an incident with another place of business regarding a warranty issue and went to Fernwood Auto for a second opinion. Colin was amazing in every way, he did not suggest any unnecessary repairs like the other shop was insisting and my car is running great. I had another issue in April and had no clue what the problem was and before doing the diagnostics test I had gotten a worse case scenerio and best case scenerio so either $300 or $800, well from past experiences at other places of business it would always be somewhere in the middle. Well after an hour Fernwood Auto called with an even better best case scenerio and it was $100. Integrity is hard to find these days so I highly recommend Fernwood Auto!! “I took my SUV in because the oil pressure light came on. They got me in the very next day and fixed the issue by replacing the oil pressure switch.
Another issue came up, and they diagnosed it for free and told me it was nothing pressing at this time. No beating around the bush.
Great communication, they explained everything in detail. Honest service and a decent price, with peace of mind to boot!
Not so easy to find these days.

“Just got off B. C. Ferry this morning and started noticing my car getting very loud. Quickly found Langford Parkway to my rescue.
I didn't arrive at the right time as the owner was very busy with other cars but he was kind enough to take a look at my car. Just by listening, he immediately identified it as a muffler problem and assured me that my car would make it home safe and we did.
When I asked for the bill, he just told me to have a nice day and went straight back to work.
