Lucked in and got to deal with a very knowledable sales person. Glad to hear this is a Canadian company. I would recommend the Langford store. Ask for Matt Unrau. Fast fwd several months and I'm back at Visions. Got to deal with Matt Unrau again. What a knowlegable fellow. I recommend him so highly that I strongly suggest calling the store to see if he is on before going there.

I'll be honest, going into an electronics store as a woman, can be a bit of a bummer. I have almost 20 years working in the tech industry but perhaps don't look it. I wanted to get a new ultrawide monitor to replace my dual monitor setup, and rather than ordering online I wanted to first see it in person. I went to Visions Electronics expecting the usual 'Best Buy' experience (which I stopped going to years ago), but was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful assistance I received. I felt spoken to as an equal (which may or may not shock you, but I get mansplained a lot in electronic stores), and they found me the perfect fit for what I wanted, and on top of that - gave me a great deal. I've had the new monitor for a couple weeks now and I am obsessed with it. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store for my electronic needs. Thanks all!

Bought a Sony T.V. & had it installed by Visions, Langford store's installers, Mario & Lucas. They were very good, as well as pleasant, very efficient and answered all our questions. Would buy from Visions again. Thanks.

I recently bought new speakers, receiver and turntable. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took all the information I provided and produced a few options at different price points. He wasn't pushy at all, but did a very good job highlighting the differences. Their speaker room made it easy to test and experience all the different options so I could base my purchase on actual sound experience, rather than specs. If you need a sound system, I recommend here.

Kudos to Mario for helping me select the right TV for my needs. Very knowledgeable and patient. Presented options without trying to up sell me. Also gave me the confidence and information to un-glitch my Sonos playbar. Definitely will shop here again asking for Mario!

We were looking to purchase a new TV mid December. We needed a TV that was capable of dual digital outputs (speakers and hearing aid device). We called Visions and spoke with Mario, asking him if the TV I had in mind supported this feature. He checked and not only did he take the time to call us back, when we arrived he tested my equipment and gave us a great price on a great TV - thanks Mario!!

Went to Visions to purchased a TV and I didnt know much about new TVs but thankfully the sales associate Mitch had all the answers to my questions. Mitch was very easy to deal with and i never felt any pressure to buy anything , gave me the options and info and then I decided what to buy. Highly recommend talking with Mitch when you visit the store , you wont be disappointed. I also ended up needing the TV delivered last minute and they were able to do that same day as requested , the install pro took the extra time to even help with the installation. Overall great experience withe Visions. Thanks guys

I have been dealing with the local Visions team for over 15 years. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff always assists me to find the best fit for whatever I'm in need of. They don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. Highly recommend.I've dealt with Mario in the Langford store for many years, he's awesome.

Always had a positive experience at this location. From my Kef speakers to OLED tvs, competitive prices and usually knowledgeable staff with a lot of selection on display to get a good hands-on experience in store before buying. I've hand one poor shopping experience through their online store...and the manager in the Victoria (Andrew) helped me out and made things right. People do make all the difference and I've been happy with this location.

First, let me say that I was very pleased with the knowledge and guidance offered by my sales rep at Visions when I purchased my Hisense 55” 55U78KM TV a few months ago. Unfortunately, after a few months of use and a number of issues, I now realize that both the Hisense TV and Visions customer support are sub standard. Here are my issues…1. HISENSE QUALITY ISSUES. The TV had a dark zone on the top right corner that was clearly visible on any bright background. While Visions did eventually give me a replacement, they did not have any of the same in stock and the back order was estimated anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. They asked that I return the faulty TV immediately to secure a spot for the new one, meaning I would be without a TV for the entire period and have to make two 40 km trips to drop off the faulty TV and then pickup the new one. They eventually agreed to waiver this requirement but I still needed to call them regularly to check inventory and secure the replacement TV. Apparently, I had the second to last replacement TV and had not yet received a call from Visions.2. MISLEADING ADVERTIZING: One of the primary selling points for me related to the fast refresh rate of this TV enabling smooth video for sporting events (ie hockey). After watching a few games and seeing the puck shakily move across the ice, I realized that the TV was not playing at the higher refresh rate. So I made sure I was plugged into the proper input, checked the settings, purchased a new high quality HDMI cable and am still unable to watch TV at the higher refresh rate. Turns out, it seems the higher refresh rate is only useable for gaming!3. COMPLICATED WARRANTY STRUCTURE: The TV came with a 2’nd year free warranty. On top of that I purchased Visions 5 year extended warranty. They signed me up for their subscription service which was fine until a realized that I was getting daily email notifications of new promotions. So I decided to cancel the email subscription only to be told that it now nullifies the free second year warranty. I immediately resubscribed and then phoned Visions head office to get clarification given my 5 year warranty purchase. The customer service rep said that I didn’t need the subscription given the extended warranty purchase. So I unsubscribed again only to receive another message that the 2’nd year warranty was affected. To this date, I’m not sure who to believe and am still perplexed as to who I need to deal with for warranty issues over the 5 year term.4. POOR REGISTRATION PROCESS: The registration process for new Hisense TV’s through Visions is complicated and incomplete. After receiving my replacement TV, I tried to re-register it by the new serial number. Turns out it’s not done automatically as I was led to believe. Having browsed my account online today, I see NO record of the original purchase or its replacement.
