Pretty amazing how well this large store runs. Cheapest food options in town. Most options are low cost/unhealthy, but there are some good options here too. Some stocking issues but will accept.

I live near by so this had been our go to grocery spot. Loved getting everything in one place.Well after the last few months of experiences I will never go back.I always knew Walmart kid of sucked. From the big corporate greed we just live with now to the strange policy’s.my husband and myself have had a few experiences with other customers that have left us uneasy but of course that’s not the stores fault. What is the stores fault is their dis regard kindness, politeness and just not doing their jobs. We have had employees refuse to take things down from higher shelves, seen a man who had money kicked out because he looked homeless and to might steal something and have had managers not care about properly training staff. There is way too much to write in a review. My husband and I have both talked to management on multiple occasions and they just don’t seem to care. The best part of all is policy from corporate like making you pay for make-up in that section, or a million cameras all over the store in the last few years. Adding in the gates at front of the doors and now adding needing a coin to get a cart in some locations.Don’t waste your time here. I know I rather pay the same price and go to multiple places. I know I rather drive an hour in traffic somewhere else then deal with the rude disrespectful staff here.

No longer a "one stop shopping" store. Shelves in some aisles are pretty much empty (or filled with junk food) with no stock or variety available, and what products are available can be purchased at any "big box store", and I might add, at the same price. Used to be a great store for shopping especially when their "great value" brands were available, but not now (2023).

Why even have staff working at all here. Like half of the staff are on their phones and the other half walking around looking like they're busy doing nothing. They're not helpful at all. Also to have them walk behind you like you're a criminal , when the in s who are right in front of them stealing. Like wow staff you should learn how to do your job right and be more helpful. As for paying for makeup different from the store is dumb as well. Why would I want to pay twice with my debit card in your store that barely have anything in stock . Why can't you stock your store up right inside of leaving the product in the middle of the aisle so we can't walk around. Along being dirty with customers garbage that they leave around. Yes I want to see old food laying around or coffee cups that have been sitting around for how long.

I don’t frequently shop at this Walmart, and up until my recent visit, my experiences have been rather standard. However, my last visit was quite concerning. For context, my boyfriend was dressed in pj’s with paint on them, and I was wearing a sweatshirt because we are going through a move. We encountered an unexpected incident at checkout. Despite having no prior issues, we were asked to rescan all of our items twice and were denied the use of the hand scanner, which would have streamlined the process.Furthermore, upon exiting, the self checkout alarms were triggered, prompting an employee to inspect our receipt and question the location of certain items. Even after showing compliance and demonstrating no foul play, we were still subjected to walk through the sensors individually. This ordeal left us feeling unfairly judged based solely on our appearance.I trust you understand the importance of treating all customers with respect and hope necessary measures will be taken to ensure such incidents don't recur.

"You can't take pictures in here, sir." Thats the first thing I hear walking in. Doesn't that make every person uploading a review with photos a criminal? While I understand Walmart has a corporate policy about this, context is important for these sort of situations.I don't believe I saw a single friendly face within that Walmart. Combine that with several empty shelves and several pallets of goods blocking walkways and I start to think if this should really be my regular place to visit for groceries. However, parking was an easy in and out for the parking garage and there was a decent sized section for international amd ethnic foods, so I know that they got something right.

i don’t know what is with walmart and what they are trained about aboriginal people but i always feel like i’m treated as less than and assumes to be a thief. staff follows closely all the time which is fine cause i don’t have anything to hide but it’s more the way they try to make me feel about myself

Always missing every-day items and flyer items at various times of the day, staff have no idea about anything you ask, if half the self-checkout lanes are open consider yourself lucky, huge sections of shelves are always empty. If it wasn't cheap and close to my house, I'd never shop there. Even then, Superstore beats Walmart's prices on a huge number of items.Get it together, Uptown Walmart.

the employee named bruno screamed at me whilst i was instacarting since the store was going to close in 15 MINUTES. i only had a few items left to shop for in my order and i was followed around by security and employees who were harassing me. every time i go to this store now i am on edge. customer service is horrible except for a select few really nice employees but the rest are basically just paid to stand there and give dirty looks. it’s really frustrating that my job as an instacart employee requires me to go to this location since it is where most orders come from. also the employee daman has repeatedly tried to hug me or shake my hand whilst im working. bagging groceries i have staff coming up to me (mostly daman) hovering over me and trying to strike conversation which makes me very uncomfortable. i understand not enjoying a minimum wage job but you should never ever treat a customer/shopper in a way that is rude or would make them uncomfortable. i cannot believe im writing a review right now, but this has repeatedly happened and i’ve been left with no choice since no one there is fixing the problem. do better. no one should have to be in fear whilst shopping! i now record majority of my shops for safety purposes.

I visited this Walmart a few years ago prior to the pandemic. I wasn't able to see the whole thing but this was an awesome Walmart. You can hang out here and take pictures if you want. It even has an escalator inside! You gotta see this Walmart if you're visiting.

Can someone please explain why the website of every other store on the planet will let you know how many of a particular item is in stock where walmart not only can't tell you what they carry but only lists items from 3rd party sellers? What ever happened to walking into a store to buy the thing you've sourced and priced online? I tried to buy a microwave today, listed online for $99. The first location didn't have it but there was no way to check beforehand. The second location had it for $129. The one online apparently is from a third party seller. I would have to wait a week to have the very item I had in my shopping cart shipped to Walmart in order to get it for $99. It was explained too that they don’t price match on products sold through their very own store. It's all downright stupid. I'm not sure what type of shopper Walmart is trying to cater to but it's not me. Walmart rep tried to sell me a credit card despite my frustration. What a joke.

I'm so mad at how I was treated Sunday July 2 2023! I've spent thousands of dollars in this store the last 4 years, I shop there weekly. 2 security guards followed me around the entire time I was there, everywhere I went, to make things worse there was 1 customer service till open, I decided to check my grocery through self check out, I was pointed to the last till on the left, as I started dealing with my groceries, several people who work there gathered around me, cornered me between the till and then, asking me several questions, I told them I was fine and didn't need help, they insisted I let them help me, I'm in a self check out , he says hey brother it's ok I'm going to help you, excuse me I. In a self check out, I just told you I was fine. I had to tell them to back up, they had me stuck between the till and them! I'm so mad about it! No one will answer the phone to take my complaint
