There is something magical about this store and its kindly and expert staff. They will put an extra hole in the watch band where no one else can. They will tell you the story of your old watch. It's a treat to talk watches with these folks! They can renovate an old watch and give it a new life.”

“Nothing but impressed with the kind couple running this store. Came in on a Friday afternoon with a busted band on my Tag Heuer F1. I expected I would be dropping it in and picking it up next week, maybe even later. Not only was the watch fixed within 15 minutes, but they refused to take any money, despite my insisting.
