Auto renewals tend to be a chore but, my first time at Waypoint today was the opposite. I didn’t wait long at all. Location so convenient. Pleasant, inviting office, and great staff made this a pleasant experience for my 3 year old and I. Most places aren’t toddler friendly but, we felt welcome here. Coverage reviews were simple, thorough and I never felt pressured to make changes. Thank you, Parm! See you next year!
