The location is close to downtown, but somehow when sitting on the dock it feels quiet and remote. This is the best community I have met in any marina. If you enjoy great neighbors and security, this is the place for you.

Beautiful place to walk. Enjoyed searching the beaches along the walkway for garbage. Very friendly neighborhoods
