First time ever renting a storage unit. The process was very easy. Mikaela explained all of their policies very clearly and we were given a brief tour of the units.
Plenty of carts are available to take your stuff to your unit and the elevator is nice and big. Bathroom on site was very clean.

In my transition I felt so comfortable with the tour and the lobby is inviting with coffee teas n massage chair to unwind after unloading.best ever experience great experience
