Drove from Campbell River to get my bumper changed out, waited 6 hours and no new bumper!!
No excuses and the smug face of the guy at the counter not giving a damn!
Really bad, never buying a car there anymore.

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition through Beau Willie and it was a great experience. He was professional and honest throughout. Love the new Jeep and happy with the entire process. Was quick and easy and most importantly fair.

My wife brought our car there for an Oil change and winter tire change out (with Rims)
She walked out with a $450 bill and the tires were all missing the air caps. They included a "peace of mind" inspection that left me zero peace of mind.
If your a chump with a tonne of $$, this place is excellent. If your a normie who cant afford half of a grand to change oil and swap tires (like 30 min of work and $40 of material) than....don't come here.

Honestly, I thought they were being pretty professional at first. They don’t make the transition easy if you are from out of province and some of service team members are rude and unprofessional with especially after your purchase is completed. I emailed several times for an oil change and they never got back to me. I called and they said they were booked for too long of a time. I decided to get my oil change elsewhere quicker as there was urgency and called to cancel, and the service guy just replied “yup, whatever” and hung up. However, the sales team does their best in trying to accommodate you for your needs and expectations.

I stopped in today to ask a question of the service department as Harris Dodge doesn't seem to know how to answer questions "Moose" answered them very quickly. I then stopped in at the showroom to inquire about a van and Cam sat down with me and then showed me the Van I was inquiring about. Thanks for making me feel welcome I will be back

First request to book for service was ignored completely, finally after another request and them contacting me using different methods than requested, I booked an appointment to have a recall and my backup cam fixed.
I was told the appointment may take most of the day so planned accordingly. Upon dropping my car off I was told it might take multiple days. I changed some plans quick but then was called 4 hours later that it was done.
When I picked up my car I was told only the recall was done and no work had been done on the backup cam. There was no apology or asking if I wanted to book to have it looked at so I will bring my car into a place that will care for their customers.
The person at the desk also did not seem very friendly, maybe just a bad day but made it seem like me being there was a hassle.

Travelling through Victoria, when our 2021 jeep suddenly had an electronic issue. We pulled into the service dept. The guys quickly analyzed the problem, repaired and reset the issue, and had us on our way. Thank you very much.
