Ashley and Deb are the kindest people. I have been taking my vehicles to Do All for several years now and I am so glad I found them. It can be difficult for a female to find a mechanic who treats her with honesty and respect, and not as a mark; Ashley explains things clearly and tells me what my vehicle needs now, what it needs soon, and what it can wait a while for. Ashley is a lovely curmudgeon who doesn’t suffer fools gladly and who will tell you so if you need to be told, he also has a heart of gold. Deb is pure kindness.

I have never had a bad experience at do all, from the customer service to the quick and reasonably priced repairs they are the best around. They have done many repairs on my BMW and it’s always done properly the first time. Cant say enough good about them and will continue to use them for all servicing as long as I’m in the west Kelowna/kelowna area

Beware of Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Do All Automotive that I feel compelled to share. consider it a cautionary tale for those considering Do All Automotive for car repairs.
After bringing a car in solely for a diagnostic check, and not expressing any urgency to get it fixed, the shop performed several hundred dollars' worth of work without any prior approval. This not only flouts the common practice of obtaining consent and updating the customer but also violates consumer protection rights which mandates clear authorization for such actions. People need to make decisions regarding sudden expenses, and the cost-benefit of DIY vs professional repair, especially in the current economy.
When attempting to resolve this misunderstanding, the situation deteriorated quickly. The staff became hostile, resorting to yelling and even making threats regarding the vehicle's condition, which they then left unsecured by the roadside—key in the ignition and windows down. The silver lining was that we did not have to enter their hostile environment once more.
Their response to criticism seems to be a pattern, as noted in other reviews. Previous customers have reported similar instances of unauthorized work and aggressive behaviour when confronted. Any dissent is met with responses that twist the truth, evidenced by their claim that the car owner asked helplessly for the unsolicited repairs due to safety fears—a blatant fabrication.
I urge potential customers to consider these experiences. This establishment's conduct and their handling of legitimate customer grievances reflect poorly on their professionalism and respect for consumer rights.

I was in for a surprise when I got a call telling me my car was all fixed up, despite dropping it off just for a diagnosis and a quote. When I inquired about the sudden repair, the guy suddenly went into full defence mode, claiming that's not how they roll. I tried to explain my need for a heads-up before any wrenches start turning, but he seemed to chalk it up to me being "just a young girl" (I am in my 30’s, this is not my first car rodeo) When we informed the duo that it is a legal requirement to provide a written quote before touching the car through the Consumer Protections Act, they said “That is not how we do business”. Anyways, I left without my car and a recording of the guy shouting “we’re going to just break your car”. All I wanted was an understanding of the situation and a simple apology for the lack of communication. Instead, I got a crash course in deflection tactics, and I’m left feeling deceived “as a young girl.”
