Fork Plant Based Market is a friendly and inclusive vegan food gem. It offers amazing grab-and-go options, with the best vegan sandwiches like the Buffalo soy curl sandwich and meatball sub. The menu includes delicious pasta bakes, pierogies made with care, and absolutely deadly stuffed cookies. There is a wide selection of sweets and incredible baked goods. The place also provides an overwhelming amount of unique options, including vegan frozen foods and pantry staples from brands not found elsewhere. It has a laidback vibe with super friendly staff. This hidden gem is a must-visit with an incredible variety.
They have changed from being fully plant based to offering flesh and dairy products. Their vegan offerings are still delicious. They have a few frozen items for sale-perogies, soups etc. & they still have some vegan cookies. Updated from previous review on 2026-06-27

Yum! I just had a buffalo chickun sando from here and it was deeelicious. Lady who served me was an angel. 10/10
