Jashan & Sunny were awesome. 5/5 stars for them! Very polite, fast, and helpful.
This has nothing to do with them, but for my move I was charged a deposit that ended up being three hours of moving time, which is the minimum hourly requirement apparently. On the phone, they made it sound like just a deposit to hold my spot + didn't mention the three hour minimum. I was very concerned when I got a $500+ charge on my credit card before we even got started. Just make sure you are upfront with people before charging, and send some sort of confirmation or receipt after charging.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about Pack Rat Moving! Everyone that I know that has used them says they’re consistent, fast, and super respectful with people’s belongings. Moves always seem to go smoothly and stress-free.
I’ve especially heard amazing feedback about Mike — saying he’s quick, efficient, and really knows what he’s doing.
When it’s my turn to move, I’ll definitely be using Pack Rat Moving! 👏

Absolutely a great experience with this company.
Moved from Princeton to West Kelowna. These guys took short work of loading our house and took great care of all our stuff. If your looking for a good price and great service, these are the folks you gotta use.

Easiest move I’ve ever had! The movers arrived 30 mins early and hustled the entire time. The whole move was completed in half a day! It was worth every penny! They were also very flexible with our booking and great customer service!

First move in over 20 years and first across town move ever. With the hourly rate of $209 I was thinking that the crew would be going at pretty easy and would be lucky to get done in a day. Jaiden, Sonny and Eddie all worked harder, quicker and more efficient then I thought possible. For us moving is a lot of risk and worry. The Packrat crew far exceeded expectations. Made the day as good as possible.

Stress free movers should be the name of this company, Jaiden and Patrick were amazing yesterday moving my 90 year old father. So polite, so organized, and accommodating , this move couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend Pat Rat Movers. They say moving is one of life’s great traumas—right up there with heartbreak, taxes, and realizing your favourite burrito joint is closed on Mondays. But along came Jaiden, Eddy, and Caleb, and suddenly it was less Debbie Downer, more Rockin’ Ronny and the Relocation Revival.
Boxes? Lifted like feathers.
Stress? Packed away tighter than your Nana’s antique china.
Attitude? All gold-star, never garage sale.
Eddy moved with the grace of a caffeinated gazelle.
Caleb’s calm could smooth out a sea storm.
And Jaiden? The brains, brawn, and bro-energy all rolled into one tidy man-bun of glory.
Even the nice old Asian guy who passed out atop Coit Tower in ‘23 would’ve roused himself to applaud the choreography of these logistical legends.
They didn't just move my stuff—they moved me, spiritually, emotionally... maybe even metaphysically.
I wept. I laughed. I almost tipped with hugs.
If this was a movie, they’d win the Oscar for Best Ensemble Cast in a Heavy-Lift Drama.
So thank you, Packrat.
You turned my moving day into a moved to tears day.
And that’s a wrap worth unboxing.
