My 1 star review was meant for UPS delivery person/ people who repeatedly decide to change my preferred delivery point without my permission or knowledge just because they don’t want to do their job and deliver to my residence. It would not frustrate me so much if it my package went to the access point down the street from me but they keep sending my packages across the city which is very inconvenient! Note UPS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE RELATED TO THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, IM THINKING ITS BECAUSE THEY DONT LIKE CUSTOMERS VERY MUCH??? Just my thoughts on this matter.”

George was super humble and professional amazing personality they had to recreate my logo from scratch and did so with pin point accuracy it was very affordable also , on top of that they delivered 1 day earlier than promised ??? .
