Jesse was absolutely wonderful when I received my skin consultation and makeover. I haven't looked this good in ten years! Thank you kindly! Added bonus was a percent went to charity. She took the time to answer all my skincare and makeup questions! I can't recommend her enough!

The lady at the till, her tag read till supervisor, had the worst attitude towards her customers that I have ever seen. Stood patiently in line for about 4 minutes, listening to her negative comments to the lady in front of us. When it was our turn she informed us she couldn't serve both of us

Yesterday, I went to return 4 clean PC sparkling water cans at Shoppers in West Kelowna and the clerk didn't know what to do. She called the manager and he said he looked into it and they can't take the cans. He said that I needed to go to a bottle depot. I don't drive and the depot is across town. I then asked, how is it that they can charge me a deposit on the containers but won't let me return the containers to get my deposit back.My understanding of the recycling regulation is that if you sell a product and charge a deposit on the container you need to accept the container back and refund the deposit. After all it is a deposit. The following is from theEnvironmental Management ActRECYCLING REGULATION[Last amended January 1, 2023 by B.C. Reg. 162/2020]"A container redemption facility or, subject to subsection (2), a retailer whose premises are not identified in an approved plan, must accept containers for return and pay to the person returning the containers a refund in an amount, per container, not less than(a)$0.10, or(b)the amount of the deposit collected for those types of containers under section 5 (1), if that amount is more than $0.10.(2)Subject to subsection (3), a person may return for refund to a retailer not more than 24 containers per day that are of the same beverage container subcategory and brand that the retailer sells.(3)If the director determines that there are adequate container redemption facilities and retailers in a regional district, a person may return for refund to a retailer not more than 6 containers per day that are of the same beverage container subcategory and brand that the retailer sells to consumers."I would appreciate your feedback as to why such a large company first creates a situation where I am forced to write this terrible review to get a resolution and second I would like to know why you don't have the a facility set up to give me my deposit back considering how willingly you charge me for it.Gail

All 3 staff people at pharmacy were horrible. Female on high stool in back was mean and would not fill prescription that was faxed in 2 days ago. Clerk with fuzzy curly hair was serving customers at other end of pharmacy started chirping into the conversation. I told her it had nothing to do with her but she kept nattering. I asked her for her name and she refused to tell me. I went to look at her name tag and she turned away from me and left her customers standing bewildered. Then pharmacist came around the corner and I asked him and female on her high chair if the prescription would be ready in an hour and even 7 times asking neither person would tell me. Then pharmacist said I had to leave the store and that he would escort me out. At no time did I yell or use profanity. I was shocked by their treatment. And even when I told them 2 weeks prior they had given me entirely wrong medication they ignored it.The couple being served by the chirpy clerk followed me out of the store. They said they were abhorred by the treatment I received. They were in the process of transferring their account from another pharmacy to this one, but they said now after witnessing the very unprofessional manner I was treated that they were going to withdraw their account from the Westbank Shoppers Drugmart on Dobbin Rd.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I use to love shoppers, especially the beauty department. But on 01-23-23 The older women with glasses and bright pinkish purple hair, working at customer services was extremely rude and racially profiled me. She was watching me as soon as I entered the store and proceeded to follow me. As I was walking to self check out she started to yell at me and demanded the item.( That I originally put back, long before I reached to self check out.)She continued to yell at me and accused me of stealing.. Which never happened, even the store sensory machine did not beep as I left the store. But I have never had an experience like this at any stores in Westbank. Because of this experience I will never be shopping at this location again!. I also recommend any person of colour not to shop here as well. Since you will probably receive the same treatment I did.

Bad, pejorative and ignorant pharmacist. Asking at the pharmacy desk today for Naproxen, which I had purchased OTC as a generic in another province, she advised me that Naxprxen was a “controlled substance” that included “additional ingredients” to IBProfen that made it prescription only. This interaction was over heard without reaction by the on duty pharmacist. After implying I was some kind of drug abuser I left and found out that should could have directed me to Alleve, which is identical to the generic naproxen, just a lower dose. There are no other ingredients than IB profen. The pharmacist was factually incorrect, perjorative and unhelpful.

Now on hold for 11 mins. At minute so-called pharmacist answered only to tell me he’d picked up wrong line. And then hung up rudely in my ear. I’m sorry they are that busy but a little courtesy goes a long way to those waiting.

The frizzy haired lady in the pharmacy has appalling social skills. She is extremely combative and would benefit from a job where she is not interacting with the public. I go out of my way to fill prescriptions elsewhere just so I don’t have to interact with this person.

Between the Pharmacy and the Post Office at this location - I've never had such terrible interactions with service staff. I just called the post office to confirm a package before I drove 45 minutes there after moving to pick it up. The woman wouldn't let me ask my question, cut me off, interrupted me, and basically hung up the phone. I have never written a review in my life but I've also never had such a startling, rude interaction with someone before. This person should not work with people or be allowed to represent a business.

I visited this location on remembrance day and there was a moment of silence for the people who fought for our country. I think I was the only one who paused. The pharmacy staff in particular continued on with their day, laughingwith each other and customers. Super disturbing. So disrespectful and selfish. I will never shop here again.

People working in the pharmacy are great. Helpful and gave me the information in a way easy to understand.

This has to be worst Shoppers pharmacy in B.C. The little lady with frizzy hair and glasses needs to either get some serious training or should be fired. Does not listen, is highly combative and is beyond rude. She has an over-the-top know-it all attitude with no regard to privacy. The rest of them are no better, and feed off each others' bad attitude. I always expected that people in the pharmacy industry would be kind and empathetic, and keen to help people. If this is your expectation, then steer clear of this place. But if you like to be belittled or patronized in front of other strangers, then this place is for you! I don't understand why management does not do anything about this behaviour - there are plenty of similar negative reviews that would warrant some disciplinary action.

The clerk at the prescription desk tried to fill a brand I did not ask for. When I brought this to her attention she was rude and sarcastic. I'm reporting her.
