Took vehicle in to solve an engine sputtering problem and possibly replace catalytic converter if needed. After diagnostic, they found the problem to a faulty #1 spark plug. Happy, they solved the issue, but took 3 hrs at a cost of over $500.00.Found this to be extremely excessive.Services: Exhaust

Brody and company really went to bat for me. I was out of town for family medical issues and my second vehicle had been at another shop for about 2 weeks. Brody arranged to get it over to The Auto Clinic and take a look (I was arranging all this over the phone from out of town!). Thanks

I highly recommend The Auto Clinic in West Kelowna. In July 2023 my motorhome broke down and I had it towed in. Laszlo went the extra mile to ensure it was repaired quickly and at a fair price. Norm diagnosed the problem and did the repair work, which was heavy, dirty and complex, and his skill and experience made it all happen with a good outcome. Thank you Laszlo and Norm and the rest of the team for your excellent service!
