Great selection of hard to find items paired with fantastic customer service. Twice in the past year I’ve called over to see if they have an item as the website says they have a small amount in stock. Twice they have said yes. Twice I’ve driven over and discovered they have pre-emptively put it behind the counter, just to make sure it doesn’t sell out. Truly thoughtful!

Since the renovation this place is awesome. Excellent selection, wide variety, and good prices with sales often. Staff are friendly, quick and efficient.

Well kept and stocked store. Very clean and tidy. Very pleased with the service I received. The staff were all very kind.

I called them this morning about the availability of a specific whiskey and they confirmed it was still available. They asked if I want them to put it aside for me, and I thought that was great of them to offer since there is only one bottle available and I didn’t want to drive all the way from Surrey to find out it has been sold. Thanks again.

Staff should know even more about all their products. An employee told me that tastings had been cancelled during COVID. I hope they resume soon so that staff has a chance to review and comment more about their offerings.
