“I visited VitaSave recently and tried their blueberry smoothie it was absolutely wonderful. Fresh, healthy, and full of flavour, the kind of drink that wakes up the body without shouting. The customer service was excellent, especially thanks to the manager, who is so friendly and welcoming. The store’s ambiance had a calm, clean energy that made the whole experience even better. I loved the smoothie so much I’m already looking forward to having another one soon.”
“The store is well stocked with a wide range of organic basics and some rare finds, as well as gardening supplies in the summer. When we lived closer, we used to shop there all the time for staples, treats and the quick “oops, I’m missing an ingredient for dinner” runs.

“Had a 10/10 experience here. The prices are reasonable, the service is great. I came here to buy herbs for decoction and the owners were professional. They were very nice and packed all my stuff carefully. I heard from people that their herb quality is pretty good.
Service is available in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. The store is very close to the bus station. Very friendly to ppl who use public transit!”

“I've been a customer for around 15 years. City Avenue is the one dependable place that has everything I need and at a fair price.
It's a busy place, and can be very crowded at times, but they are obviously trying to improve their store to better serve their customers.
Their points system is a pleasant reward, and helps pay for all the goodies I like to have around at Christmas time.
I like to be able to support local businesses, and City Avenue's quality and prices keep me coming back.”
“I came in for my third time looking for the wholefoods 365 salad mix that comes in the plastic packaging. I was very disappointed to find out for my 3rd! time coming in after being told it should be in the next day ?
I don’t live around the corner and it takes effort to get there.I was pretty upset and asked to speak with the manager who changed everything for me! She didn’t make the salad magically appear, but she gifted me another that came in a larger pack and said she will address the concern with the produce manager who will get back to me later. I came for just a salad but decided to see if they had a few more things that I needed. As I was approaching the end of an aisle (Rhiannon) the manager said she had a little something for me and gifted me a $25 gift card for the times I came in prior ?
Honestly, I was at a place that if they didn’t have it tonight I would have walked & started going somewhere else closer to where I live.
I feel Rhiannon deserves a nice lunch for the effort she made. I truly felt appreciated and know I’ll receive a call later from the produce manager to let me know what’s going on with their stock issue.”

Maybe I came on a lucky day, but everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable and happy to offer service. It’s rare to see good customer service these days and their small gestures really go a long way. My prescription was filled and I was in / out in less than 20 mins.
