Oh my gosh. What a TREAT and a DELIGHT! I popped in to check out some plants and let me tell you, my experience left a lasting impression. We had driven over from North Vancouver to attend a class close by but unfortunately were given the incorrect time. With 2 littles and one on the way I was feeling a bit discouraged about the drive back since it’s a long weekend and traffic was horrendous. So we decided to make a stop while over there. Jody just dazzled my little ones and shared her INCREDIBLE muffins with us. I don’t eat anything but meat mostly due to so many intolerances but I had a few bites and was just so thrilled at how good they were and we could tell they were made with love. Will now be making this a regular visited little piece of heaven. Thank you Jody!

If you're anything like me, you were drawn to Jody's easthically pleasing exterior and came to the reviews to find out what's inside. When I finally went in I was not dissapointed. They are a cafe AND a local, sustainable retail store. Carrying ski suits, flowy dresses, shoes, candles makeup and much more. Jody is a real chef who makes her food fresh daily with the purest of organic ingredients. She caters and makes her own flower out of Walnuts and other great ingredients. No white flower. I came for the lasagne but they were sold out so I ended up with a carrot cake instead (oops). I forgot I had walked 10+ blocks to get there and froze my hands off walking back with it, but it was worth it. It was lovely meeting Jody and Karen, an impressive duo.

I so wanted to go into this shoppe, when my husband went first and told me I HAD to go in. From the beautiful flowers outside you are drawn into this special place.Jody's gluten free muffins, which are a must for when guests come, homemade soups, scrumptious cookies, hummus, ice cream are all so yummy. And during the holiday season, you can find great holiday treats.Great bags, jewelry, shoes, jackets, sweaters, dresses, children's clothing! Whatever you are looking for...I know I can always find SOMETHING special here.LOVE Jody!LOVE Jody's Maison!It is a special place to see and GREAT times to be had!

Going out of my apartment, usually I change my direction just to pass Jody's uplifting colorful garden beautifully adorning around her shop. Saying hello to her and having a chat, if she is out watering or pruning the garden, further elevates my sense of gratitude to be a part of such a kind and welcoming neighbor....being surrounded all day with all those colorful blooms, I would say, must have an imprint on one's soul. Then, on top of all this, her delicious and healthy Pumpkin and Matzo Ball soup which I had yesterday, made my day. All I can say is Thank you Jody.
