After returning an expensive Tempur pedic mattress to sleep country, I decided to check out Mr Mattress.Picked up a Bennett firm mattress the other week as a base and will be adding a latex topper to make a somewhat custom mattress to suit my needs.So far, so good. It's nice having some actual support when I am sleeping, and knowing this mattress will last much longer without sinking, sagging, or failing.”

“Bought some foam for my couch, they explained that it prob wouldn't work the way I thought. I bought a sample piece and tried, thankfully my situation worked and went back to buy my whole order. They educated, didnt try to over sell, order came fast and accurate. Not a bad thing to say, if you need foam dont walk, run to discount foam.”

“Cannot recommend this store enough. I went over there in December to get a new mattress having put it off for about 2 years - honestly because there are so many mattresses and such varying prices that I didn't know where to start.Salima helped me on the day, the store was quiet which was nice. I spent the gust of an hour rolling about on different matressess and eventually landed on one as per Salimas recommendation. I was hesitant to go for a a soft mattress as our current one was firm. She recommended it based on our sleeping positions.Sleeping like a baby since - cannot recommend the whole experience enough.Delivery was smooth and the delivery guys were very friendly and efficient. Aftercare customer service from Salima was top notch chacking in to make sure we were happy with the mattress as they have a 60 day comfort return.Couldn't recommend enough.Also got the most amazing pillow there - I am not a big pillow person but this one just fits so snuggly in between the shoulder and neck - beyond comfy.Thank you very much!”

“Needing a new duvet, I was pleased to speak with Yves and benefit from his knowledge on all things sleep! I love that the duvets are made right here in North Vancouver by hand - there was no shipping charges or packaging to recycle - I ended up with the King Light Organic Wool Duvet and a wool pillow. The light Wool duvet is amazing - it's cozy & airey all at the same time - perfect in Winter & Summer. Being able to adjust the fill on the wool pillow is easy with the zipper closure. I even picked up a Chipped Latex pillow for my husband and it has improved his sleep position noticeably. It was a standout experience - thanks Yves !”

They have the best products and great prices and they are a pleasure to do business with. They are the kind of business people you want to support because they take good care of you. I was immediately impressed by their excellent products, their interest in the environment and supporting local business and as if that’s not enough they are so very knowledgeable, helpful and fun that I find myself dropping by whether I’m seriously buying or just looking to see what new in stock. “My husband and I recently bought our new Plasmabed from Sleep Mart in North Vancouver, and we are glad we did. Unlike the other stores, Sleep Mart's salespeople were very knowledgeable and open about all their mattresses which made picking the right one for us very easy. My husband and I are very happy with our Plasmabed 1200 series Powernap mattress. It has helped significantly with my bad back and Jim's hip. I highly recommend going to Sleep Mart if you are in the market for a new bed.”

“I’m impressed with their customer service. I bought a couch from them. Three months ago and upon delivery the legs were broken, and over three months later the couch became almost unusable. They sent somebody to my house within a week of me bringing it to their attention, and fixed the couch completely, I paid $1600 for a down filled sectional which I think was a good price”

“although the shop looks inferior and old school, the staff especially James (the owner's son) is very nice and helpful. the mattress quality is good so as the bed frame. price is reasonable.i bought one bed frame and two mattress there. when they prepared the order, they made mistake in writing my phone nbr., on the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver on the promised day, they called me but failed to reach me of course because the nbr was wrong, instead of ignoring me and let me waiting for them, they came to my home and asked the gate staff to reach me and tell methey can't deliver on that day and say apology to me., actually, the one cameto my place to advise me they can't deliver on that day is the owner, he is very kind and responsible indeed.so strongly recommend you to buy mattressand bed frame there unless you look for very high class one, otherwise this one is worth for price !thank you James and yourbrother to help me !”
