“We ordered a platform bed for our family room setup and had an excellent experience. Delivery was on time, assembly was easy, and the frame feels very solid and reliable. Exactly what we hoped for.”
“Their merch is iconic. They are locally owned and made. Both Bob and Henry were super helpful and not pushy about purchasing and they offer delivery at a reasonable price. Excited to try out the mattress!”
“I’ve recently bought a mattress from Sleep Shop on Marin Drive, North Vancouver. They suggested a mattress with a great quality and amazing deal which made the opportunity even more affordable for us. Special thanks to Zeinab who helped us out with her advice and patience throughout our purchase.”
“Had a great sales experience. CJ was very helpful and patient, and guided us through each of the options. We can't wait for our new furniture to arrive. Thanks CJ!”
“James Coderre was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to make this a positive purchase. Very easy to work with and proactively thought of ways to make the purchase easier for me.”
“John the owner is very knowledgeable. He knows how to guide you well to make your project work.
Ours is a sofa bed replacement mattress. Tested many forms with a water bottle under them.”
“Chaz was helpful and patient while we tossed and turned on several mattresses and pillows to find our best fit! He’s super knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience less daunting. Been sleeping on our new mattress and pillows for a week now and our head, shoulders, knees and toes couldn’t be happier. Thanks Chaz!”
“We love our king latex mattress from Inbed Organics. We bought it several years ago together with a wool topper, wool duvet, bed frame and later latex pillows. Jennifer is great to deal with. We highly recommend this local/natural business!”
“Such good service by Abhi, thank you very much! We thought we would have to browse multiple different stores, but this was our first stop and he made this process so much easier that we ended up finding one right away. Friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and professional service! If you need a new mattress, this is the place.”
“We had a great experience buying a mattress through A. Gupta today! He patiently and carefully listened to our concerns and the struggles we have faced with our current mattress. He took the time to review our previous purchases to help narrow down our options. We found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and informative. We would certainly return to him specifically if ever we needed another bed! Thank you, Mr. Gupta! You made us feel very comfortable. We are most grateful.”
“I visited the shop twice and both times all staff present was super friendly! Shelley helped me with my mirror and lamp choices as well as checked everything to make sure it was working. Anizco has great stuff for an even greater price! I definitely recommend anybody looking for fun, unique and clean furnitures!
Thank you again Shelley!”

“guy at Naturepedic overdelivered on help. We got a wool topper and a host of free useful stuff. I had to cool down my side with some silk and bamboo sheets. Now, I'm sleeping great. Great company and price point for an over-quality product.”

“Farida,
Your sizing recommendations ensured a perfect fit for our custom reading nook cushion. Adding my last minute cutout adjustments went above and beyond and amazed to pick up in time for the holidays. If you have custom cushion needs, look no further than the foam shop in North Vancouver. Super happy customers?”
“I cannot say enough good things about our plasma bed. I absolutely love the comfortable mattress and my favourite feature is the 'zero gravity' setting which provides a very natural and relaxing cocoon to snuggle into. The pillow complements the mattress and I have had no neck problems (previously an issue) since I started using it over a year ago. I also appreciate the small features of the bed, especially the USB charging outlets on the side of the bed frame. I must admit, whenever I travel I am always impressed again with the comfort of my plasma bed when I get. home! We purchased the split king, and it is great that my husband and I can each have our own preferred set up. I am so thankful I took the plunge and bought this bed!”
“Ordered some appliances and electronics for a new Commercial space in Vancouver. Granville team was awesome and went out of their way to help out with an urgent order. Thanks!”
“My husband and I recently bought our new Plasmabed from Sleep Mart in North Vancouver, and we are glad we did. Unlike the other stores, Sleep Mart's salespeople were very knowledgeable and open about all their mattresses which made picking the right one for us very easy. My husband and I are very happy with our Plasmabed 1200 series Powernap mattress. It has helped significantly with my bad back and Jim's hip. I highly recommend going to Sleep Mart if you are in the market for a new bed.”
“I just bought repurchased 2 heritage organic wool duvets from Snug Sleep, and I am so very pleased with the product and the process.
Finally finding a place that sells such a product is rare here in Canada. Simply put, an amazing product and even better customer service
I had the opportunity to talk with Yves a few times and he was so relatable and I felt like I was speaking to someone I’ve known for a long time.
I am very pleased with my purchases and will recommend this company & product to all my family & friends
Thank you Yves!”
“Bob was my salesman. Great guy. Super friendly, real easy to talk to. He knows his business!!!! I've purchased probably about a dozen mattresses in my life and when I went to JR, I didn't feel pressured or anything, Bob worked within my budget, he came up with a solution for us that worked out really well and at a very good price. Plus he was also our delivery driver and showed up on time with a smile on his face
Best customer service.”

“I got a new pull out couch, desk, and office chair from here and I'm quite happy with it. The couch comes apart and was able to fit through a small space. One of the pieces for the desk was damaged but Monarch sent me a new piece and I was able to put it all together. Service was helpful and friendly, and delivery was quick”
“A GREAT place to find new and vintage furniture and decor and so much more at very reasonable prices!
Be sure to download the auction app so you don't miss an auction.
The best auction house we have worked with.”
“Great service!! Helped me exchange a mattress I had previously bought but wasn’t as comfy as expected. David walked me through several options and helped me pick something more suited to me”
“Great spot for whatever you need. Marko was a huge help he assisted me with numerous things I needed. He even answered his phone to help me while he was not at work. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal.
Thank you Marko”
“Adey helped my husband and I picked the perfect mattresses for our needs. Just simply tell her what your body likes, she’ll find the perfect mattress for you!! Super professional and friendly!”
“although the shop looks inferior and old school, the staff especially James (the owner's son) is very nice and helpful. the mattress quality is good so as the bed frame. price is reasonable.
i bought one bed frame and two mattress there. when they prepared the order, they made mistake in writing my phone nbr., on the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver on the promised day, they called me but failed to reach me of course because the nbr was wrong, instead of ignoring me and let me waiting for them, they came to my home and asked the gate staff to reach me and tell me
they can't deliver on that day and say apology to me., actually, the one came
to my place to advise me they can't deliver on that day is the owner, he is very kind and responsible indeed.
so strongly recommend you to buy mattress
and bed frame there unless you look for very high class one, otherwise this one is worth for price !
thank you James and your
brother to help me !”
“My husband and I visited the North Van store today, and Rosanna truly went above and beyond to help us get set up. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, and had a great understanding of all the different products. The entire experience felt seamless and left us leaving the store feeling genuinely excited. Big shoutout to Rosanna -- she absolutely nailed it.”
“I visited Casper on West 4th Ave to try out their mattresses and bedtime gear and I had a really good experience. The shop feels calm and cozy like a little room where you can lie down and really feel the mattress instead of just touching it with your hands. I liked that the people working there were chill and they answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pushed to buy something. They showed me a few mattresses that felt soft and others that felt firm and they helped me find one that felt just right for my back. I even got to try the pillows and sheets and they were super soft and nice. After visiting, I walked out feeling comfy and excited to sleep on what I picked. It was fun to try the beds right there instead of guessing online and I left feeling happy I came.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Monica
Monica was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs, taking the time to explain the benefits of the Casper Wave Snow mattress in a clear and thoughtful way. Her professionalism and warm, approachable manner made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
She anticipated questions before I even asked them, never rushed the process, and ensured I felt completely confident in my decision. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines product expertise with such authentic care for the customer experience.
Thank you, Monica, for making this purchase such a positive and effortless experience—I truly appreciate your support and would highly recommend working with you.”
