“I was looking to replace my lumpy couch but then I discovered you could just replace the foam in the cushion. You just bring your cushions in, they'll help you measure and let you try different firmness foams. I dropped it off at lunch and they were ready by the end of day! The only thing is I wish there was an option to not use the glue because it smelled quite strong. My old cushion came with a liner bag, but I didn't think to ask if we could skip the glue.”

“My review is in answer to an e-mail request for some feedback/opinion of "service provided" with a recent online order. The order ('Bio-Soy pillow'), was placed online, via the website of a local Branch of Sleep Country, on a Monday -- advised Tuesday, by 'Sleep Country Warehouse, Richmond, BC' (address above), that package had been delivered to FedEx, Richmond -- advised by FedEx that my parcel had been received, and would be delivered Wednesday -- received delivery of parcel early Wednesday afternoon. Parcel 'tracking' was provided by both of the companies involved, was appreciated, and worked well. I was happy, and impressed with the quality of service received from each of the companies involved with this purchase.”

“Not so satisfy with the stocking system. I went here twice and both time had hard time finding my stuff in the self serve aisle. The first time I came here for a desk and chair, the desk wasn’t placed where it says on the tag. I have to ask 2 staff in order to find where it supposed to be and turned out it’s out of stock, very confusing. The staffs are very attentive and friendly to help, otherwise I think I would just rate it 3 stars. The first staff looked up in his machine right when I first asked him, then he gave me a new location where to look for; but it wasn’t there and so I have to ask the second staff, and this time he checked in the PC and then walked with us to the location and it was not there too, so he searched around the area and turned out the item was out of stock!! The second time I went there was for a shelf, and the shelf was not at the location as well, and then I had to look around like the second staff did last time in order to find out…I didn’t take photo for the first time coz this is a really rare case that ever happened to me with any other IKEA experience, so I took photo for the second time as a proof!!And I don’t understand why the Salmon dish got sold out at 12:30pm while the shop opens at 10am and it was on a weekday!!”

“Huge store with lots of parking. Store plan is laid out in such a way that once you enter the store, you have to go through every department. Literally you can find any household item here you can think of. Food in Ikea restaurant and fast food stalls is very cheap. Eventhough store is always busy, everything goes very smoothly. Hassle free exchange or itwm returns. Even if you dont have a receipt, as long as you have the debit or credit card you made payment from, no problem.”
