“I have been shopping for a couple of weeks now for a height adjustable table for my home office. I searched online and checked out a few office furniture stores and found Impact Furniture. They had quite a large selection of sit-stand tables. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and told me that they can do custom sizes for almost no extra fee. Got my table custom sized and delivered in about 4 weeks. As I WFH and in front of computer all day, it really helps to easily swtich between sit and stand. Very happy with it. Thanks impact!”
“Got a really nice chair here courtesy of icbc. They customize chairs for your personal needs that's made to your height and width specifications so you get the optimal support from a chair. Aside from chairs they also have a lot of other ergonomical items like desk raisers, footstools, keyboard and mice all gear towards ergonomic comfort for when you're in the office, or just at home working. Great place to check out and get stuff. The items I'll be it pricey, but definitely worth it! People there are very friendly and very accommodating. Appointments are required to go view their shop, so make one either on their website or by phone. Check out their site for other cool things! Also, for chairs you can customize color as well as material that it's made from. Color customizing is free, but material change is an additional cost.”
“Omni Office Furniture is one amazing business . Firstly thier showroom is neatly organized with a good stock . Their prices are much lower than any other office furniture business around . Also thier assembly cost is much lower and thier delivery charge is the lowest around . I was lucky enough to deal with Sudonna the customer service rep . She was so vey helpful , explaining the differences in the different type of chairs I was interested in. She was very knowledgable , freindly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the business . High quality office furiture at very reasonable prices . Only $10.00 for assembly ! And the lowest delivery charge I have ever heard . In fact Sudonna replied to my email request so quickly and was the only reply I got from any business I wrote to . This place is so amazing , I will never go to any other office furniture business , if and when I need any thing else I wil go directly to Omni . Just an amazing business and service rep ( Sudonna ) ...”

“despite the negative reviews, I decided to give it a try since it is nearby and easy access on Marine Dr. The service is wonderful! and the price is very fair! I dropped off to a guy and picked up the cartridges from a lady - both were very nice. Would return when in need for a refill!Follow-up: I have returned to this shop twice for ink cartridge refill and Chris has been consistently great and professional. Amazing service! Highly recommended!”
“Bought a sectional two years ago (berlin) and it's holding up so well. The fabric and cushions are still like new after continual use. My only complaint is with the membership. I bought it for the discount and the hope to use the voucher, but I couldn't find anything else to spend the voucher on and so let it expire and canceled the membership”
