Me and my mom walked into this store today. We were helped by Nerci. We wanted to buy shoes for our relatives and needed around seven pairs of shoes and spent three hours in the store. Nerci provided ample service and helped us select shoes with her expertise and knowledge. She was very kind and helpful and gave us the best customer service experience we’ve had in over ten years. Definitely ask for her to assist when you walk into the store; both me and my mom highly recommend her.

I am writing this review to thank Ion, the manager at this location , for his professionalism and his skill of solving a problem in such efficient manner. Bravo!I ordered a shoe to arrive to my address. An hour later while shopping at park royal mall , I realized that I haven’t change my new address from the old one, therefore, the shoe would arrive at my old address.I went back and asked if there was something that could be done.At the cashier the same lady who ordered the shoe for me asked me to call the customer service and that there was nothing they could do for me. I called the customer service right there but they were closed . She told me perhaps a neighbour could pick it up for me. (This was the solution I was provided )I asked for manger, and that’s when Ion solved this issue with such grace and professionalism in less than 5 MINUTES. He went above and beyond, he made some phone calls, to solve this issue for me. Thank you Ion for caring and for being so efficient . Impressive !

I was there January 19th bought some boots I was asking one worker for help he was no help but then I went to another male worker I believed his name is Rowan tall skinny guy very friendly was picking out boots for me I ended up buying Timberland boots thanks Rowan you rock....

Recently bought a pair of Le Tigre shoes here! They have a great selection of shoes to choose from. There are some aisles that need organizing but I think that's normal given that some customers would just pull out shoes from boxes and don't put them back. Their staff gladly accommodated my queries too!
