Great service from Saeeda and Samame! They were very attentive and insightful when trying to solve the problem with my phone.
For context, I was having trouble transferring my old phone number to my new phone. I had visited the kiosk two times prior to fix the problem but it was not made clear how to fix this issue after these visits. Luckily, today, Saeeda and Samame were super helpful and successfully transferred my number!

Service was super efficient and professional. I can't recall the employees name but he was knowledgable and provided excellent service. The plan he provided was perfect for bring my own phone and I am now looking at moving my wife from Telus to Bell

I was there right now, the sales person was impolite. she left our conversation 3 times without notice or saying apologies to talk with her yesterday's customer. I was shocked tbh and I wouldn't bother wrting review if it was just a single time. after she gave me quote she just left me without a word and start talking to the other customer

Raiyan was extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. He has a very good demeanour while interacting with his clients. He didn’t pressure me to sign up for anything, rather provided honest and functional information that was very beneficial for my decision making process. He also knows his stuff very well. He communicates very well within his colleague network. He has answers for most questions you ask. What mattered to me was his honesty to let me know if he didn’t know any answers. He also makes sure that his clients are taking home the best deal and adds extra layer of protection by providing useful information. Vasu was very efficient and kind. Thanks to this team for all the help and a smooth transaction.

Pariya at the Virgin mobile kiosk was excellent. The work took a very long time to get finished but that seemed to be a system/process issue with Virgin Mobile and not the rep. She was patient , thorough, knew the job well and was able to answer all my many questions with ease. Five stars for Pariya. Virgin mobile needs to improve their system functionality to speed up the process!

I had the most amazing experience today at Virgin.
The store manager, Pariya,
was very helpful and guided me in the right direction in my request to change my phone plan to include US calling and
roaming. I was worried that I would not be able to change.
But Pariya made the change for me so effortlessly. This has been by far the best customer
experience that I have ever had!
