I have a complaint and I would like it to be addressed. The behavior of the employees at Zara store in Park Royal was very disrespectful and unprofessional. My friend and I went to Zara at Park Royal in Vancouver yesterday. We did our shopping, and when we left the store, none of our shopping bags made a sound. We ordered an Uber, but it was arriving late. Since the weather was cold, we entered the Zara store again, but this time to the children's section. Since it was late, when our Uber got closer, we decided to leave, but the door was closed. One of the employees told us to exit through the women's section. My friend and I hurriedly went out and stood by the door to wait for the Uber. Suddenly, several Zara employees came towards us and asked for our bags and receipts. My friend and I felt very embarrassed because other customers were leaving the store and staring at us in surprise. When I complained, they said that our bags had triggered the alarm, even though we had already exited the store earlier with the same bags. I went back into the store and checked the bags, but they didn't make any sound. Their behavior was very disrespectful, and it upset us a lot. This incident really made us feel bad?

When I protested, they said that our shopping bags rang, when we had already left the store with the same bags. I went back into the store and checked the bags, but they didn't make a sound. Their behavior was very disrespectful and made us very upset. This incident made us feel bad.

I’d give this place zero stars if possible. Zara’s incompetence in handling my refund is astonishing—it’s been four months of endless back-and-forth, and still nothing. This level of customer service is laughable, and honestly, it’s no wonder companies like this are on borrowed time. Mark my words, they won’t last.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to the incredible manager, I don’t know her name she has a curly hair. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and genuine care for customers made my shopping experience so much smoother. It’s rare to see a manager who is so hands-on and involved with both staff and customers. I will definitely be returning thanks to their excellent service!

Awful customer service at the park royal location. Not one sales person greeted or helped the entire time. Instead they talked about themselves to one another while I should there waiting for help. Even after trying to get their attention I got no help. Left the store and will no return. This has happened on multiple visit at this location. Really upsetting and disappointing to see this lack of care

All 4 stars to Söz (Soz) hope I am writing your name correctly.
I got an email that my order is in store for pick up in women’s section . I went to there they just pass me to kids section waited for almost an hours there and lots of back and force and they back to me and told your order is not here we could refund you!!!! The manager came and try to find and called customer service. Then she said it is in store we didn’t scan it wait for 15 minutes. After 20 minutes manager told there is a mistake package is not here!!! go and call customer service later they are close now plus we can not do anything just refund.Right away I chatted & called to the Zara customer service and they track it and told go back to the store your package is there!!! Finally after 2 hours back to store and asked a girl could you help me and told the story she(Soz) found it and brought it under 2 minutes!!!!! Thank you so much güzel Söz. This is a second time I found her helpful, friendly and easy to approach.

Staff are unfriendly in the north shore branch. The Robson street and Metrotown are better with shopping experience. I was just asking if there is a stock if a medoum size of particular dress and the sales clerk gave me a look and said if its not there then go somewhere else? Are you kidding me? I was even very polite when I asked.

Zara store in Park Royal has the worst customer service and management I have experienced. Customers used to be the main reason a retail store exist for and now it is like customers are bothering the sales people and disturbing their peace. I found the sales associates not welcome and making people wait for a long time for an answer and the cash counters are the worst part of shopping experience in Zara. Most of the time there is only one person handling the long line of customers and if someone is returning a few items, everyone should wait while each item is tagged and hanged to go back to shelves, which I think should be done on their time not on the customer’s time. I left the store today after I waited 40 minutes by two different cash counters as they passed me from kids department to women department and all of them where just busy with one customer all that time and at the end they says the cash is not working!! As reading the other similar comments and complains here with no reply from management, speaks a lot about Zara management.

Picked out a nice blazer while shopping for over 20 mins. Not one person acknowledged me while they chatted to each other. Later I came back to buy it and they closed 5 mins early. Knocked on the door and the staff didn’t come open up. They made had signals that is was closed. Brutal. I guess this is why they have 3.4 star rating.

I find clothes here for both myself and my son’s girlfriend.
We both work in a professional office. Zara also has special night out clothes too! Fun shopping and fun times shopping here

The most chaotic store I have ever seen !!!
Although it totally appeared that unduly and irresponsible customers had done the store this messy, but there should be a management in the store!!! People had thrown the clothes and pants everywhere on the ground and no one cared to stop them from doing this!!! How come?!! The other customers will end up buying the same clothes finally!!!

I waited for an hour for my purchase. When I asked the cashier to call for assistance, she responded rudely, saying, "No, I cannot." I suggest that when you hire new immigrants, you train them on the importance of treating customers with respect and politeness, as they are crucial for business. Additionally, please consider hiring more staff for the weekends. Waiting for an hour to make a payment is unacceptable. I may avoid visiting your store in the future if the customer service does not improve. I can see so many negative review for this store , it seems doesn't work.
