I needed a commercial inspection. I brought my suv in for an 8am appointment no other vehicles were there. They told me I needed new tires and to remove tint on 2 windows. The cost was $3500+. I agreed to get this done since it was a professional establishment.
When I got my suv back it was dirty. Grease on the leather doors of my Mercedes, and the windows and interior. The tint they said they could remove was ripped off my windows leaving film and glue on both windows. I paid to have the tint ripped off my windows? The way this was done also damaged the window slides of my European Mercedes.
If they couldn’t do a professional job they shouldn’t have offered the “service" to rip tint off the windows of my luxury vehicle.
Do NOT recommend.
I sent a message asking to address the problem. No reply. Therefore I decided to share my experience to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
Top dollar paid for poor amateur service. Never have I had my vehicle returned in such poor condition from any service in my past 7 + years of operating a business.
I hope they do better.

An absolute amazing team of craftsman and technical specialist that get the job done right the first time! To many times with other local companies that absolutely suck and bite the bullet every time! 5/5 ⭐ highly recommend if your trying to gtfo of dodge on a dimes notice and need to burn rubber to the next township!

This guy's are amazing!! Fast, friendly and super efficient.
Had a drill bit in my tire stuck. Went there on a donut tire dropped it off a tire. Within couple hrs they fixed my tire. I was all set and good to go. Richard one of the mechanics that works there is Awesome!! Front Stuff there is so friendly. Happy customer here ?

They told me the alignment was off because the struts were bent. Quoted $1800. Harmony Honda said struts were fine. Fixed brakes for couple of hundred less.than Big O quote.

I went for a brake service a year and a half ago. This week I went somewhere else for a different issue, and was shown that the rear brakes were in dire need of a change! With the only local driving I do, I find it hard to believe that the rear brakes would both wear down that much in less than 18 months

I got a nail in my tire so I took it in to Big O to have it fixed. They charged me $70 !!!!!!!!!!
It's a tire off a Matrix, not a truck or SUV!!!!!!
I called around to other tire shops only to find that they charge $35-$45 to do the same job.
I WILL NEVER GO TO BIG O FOR ANY TIRE SERVICE AGAIN!!!!
Boycott this establishment people!!! They are ripping people off!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here made buying a new set of tires easy. We talked about my needs and wants then decided what the best tire would be for me.
They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

I'm not going to this company again, and I have to advise everyone not to go there for any service either. The technician charged me $87 for only choking on my torn tires, which he completed in ten minutes.I've provided a reference image for you.There are some pretty rude and obnoxious people at the front. I will never return there, and if someone is interested in going there for any kind of work—even minor work—ask them for a quote first because they will steal your money.

I went into Big O Tires today without an appointment needing two winter tires installed on my vehicle ASAP in order to get home to Vancouver. Arif and the technician were amazing and got me back on the road in under 45 minutes. No where else in town would help me before popping into this store. Excellent service!! Thanks Arif and the technician whose name I didn’t get. Great work guys.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!! I needed rims for my winter tires. I called about 9am and Erin (?) the manager was able to get them *that afternoon*. By 3pm I was driving away with my winter tires. Such amazing service for something I needed emergently! So grateful!!
