Complete lack of professionalism and sheer rudeness from staff at this location. Three girls working, and not one offered to help us. After 15 minutes of looking at boots we had to go and find a girl to help us. We explained that we were shopping for my wedding boots and the girl just told us to go online to buy my size and disappeared off. To this girl - your judgemental up and down looks at me, sour face and condescending tone didn't go unnoticed. I was raised on farms and spent my entire youth riding horses but you see fit to judge me, based on what? My accent, or that I was looking at pretty boots for a special occasion? It’s beyond me. Management needs to sort this location out. I was looking at becoming a regular customer here but after this experience I’ll go to a different company. Unfortunately it looks like I’m not the only one who’s experienced this, looking at your other reviews.

I think today was the worst experience me and my dad have ever had at a lammles. Usually we are greeted with a warm "Hi there" and such, but not today apparently. Me and my dad walked in as we were searching for a pair of wrangler jeans, and we obviously looked confused. Me and my dad are the only ones in the store mind you, and the three women working that shift were behind the counter just talking to eachother as if we didn't even exist. Then one man walks in, and all of a sudden one girl drops everything and immediately goes to assist him, ignoring us on her way. I held up the pair of jeans and made direct eye contact with the worker and she continued walking back behind the counter at the front and continued to talk to her coworkers. As we were halfway out the door leaving, we finally were told to "have a nice day" . Complete disregard for customer service and acting as if they were not at their place of work. what a lack of professionalism.

What happened to the customer service here? Spent an hour looking for boots, not a single employee helped us. It’s absurd the way she spoke to us when we finally asked for help, the one girl sat at the front eating food with her friend who was visiting. What a horrible experience was about to buy three lots of boots but after that we put them back and went elsewhere

Bought a 200 dollar resistol hat asked if it came with a box was told I would have to pay 9 additional dollars for a cardboard box with there name brand on it to say the least I bought the hat but was dissatisfied with the purchase that it wasn't included tbh ..and didn't buy the uncharged box crazy ?

Love this place! Every time we visit Kelowna, we stop here for something, if not, then just to browse. The staff are always super helpful and courteous. Prices are great and selection excellent. Highly recommend!
