  Brutal. Do not order anything online or get delivered from store they use Purolator and your going to have to chase down package and drive around to find it. Was told by customer service it would be 30 days plus before refund would be available

  Tried to get price match, supervisor/manager did not know their own policies and would not do anything except refund. What a waste of my time, good thing I can take my business elsewhere. Store should be training staff better.

  We had a great experience and excellent customer service at Marks West Kelowna. Kristine snd another gentleman on Sunday. We ordered boots in store with free delivery. Arrived several days before expected. Very helpful and courteous employees. Clean and organized store.

  All 5 of these stars go to Laraya! So kind, so helpful, just a lovely human. She noticed I was wearing slip on converse (my faves, have them in 5 colors) and asked if I had seen the new ones! I hadn’t, so she walked me over and showed me! Long story short I bought them, (and ALOT of other things but that’s besides the point). Laraya, thank you! ?

  Don’t bother going to the store within 30 minutes of “closing” I went to pull on the door at 610 and it’s locked . Store closes at 630 not 610…. I’ll spend my money elsewhere

  Rubbish customer service.I bought a pair of non odour socks there. Was not the right size so i went back to return it with the receipt. She said I can’t return it because i used it. Then i asked to exchange for other one. She didn’t agreed to that also. She should have just put in claims and exchanged it for another one.No wonder why they are short staff and close early everyday. If they can’t treat customer well how bad it would be for associates. Any one from higher authorities in Mark’s should look after their Brand. Some people there are ruining it

  Please update your hours... went by at 4:55 this evening (friday) as the hours say they're open until 630.... clearly they aren't and its not like the store just closed- the store was dark security cage closed and the parking lot was very empty.

  This goes out to the younger blonde gentleman who helped me on Dec 27 @3PMYour customer service was beyond exceptional. You were to the point, told me about all of the promotions and had great product knowledge. My size is quite rare, so you explained how the ordering system worked and offered alternatives.I wasn’t expecting to walk out with HH workbooks, but they were perfect and exceeded my personal expectations.
