I ordered a smart pixi cat fountain to be delivered to my place a few weeks back, and for the life of me, I couldn’t figure out how to connect the app to my phone, so I felt hopeless. Turns out the pump its self was shot.
Long story short, I returned it to Bosleys last night and the assistant manager was amazing!! Very friendly and extremely helpful! Walked me through the exchange with zero issue!
