“I just received my heritage Cowichan eagle sweater! It’s a fabulous piece. Great fast/free delivery to me in Quebec, the opposite end of the country. Highly recommended.”
“Been coming here annually for ages! The clothes are always unique and beautiful, truly great variety. There’s a woman that works here that used to have her own store in Vancouver for years, she’s helped us tremendously. Her professionalism and friendliness are refreshing. Seeing her is always a treat!
My mom and I got the best leather jackets this year!”
“The 2 girls here today were so helpful and sweet! I was here for about an hour and they were so patient with me and showed a genuineness when helping me get the jeans that were right for me. Made my day, they’re a credit to you!”
“Great store with kind staff.
My family and I went there a couple of days ago and we were very excited for the cabin collection to be back.
The staff were great in helping us with what we needed.
Thank you Roots Whistler!”

“5 Stars all around! Reached out last minute prior to a trip and they went above and beyond by driving to a shipping facility to make sure I would receive these awesome ski suits for the kids on time in the US! Writing this review quite late but my experience with their team was such a pleasure that I haven’t forgot how much they deserve a rave review! Thanks so much”
