Sam and shanese are so amazing, friendly and good at their jobs! Everyone there is awesome they communicate so well to me about my car and it's never a rip off! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I took my vehicle to SMD when another mechanic in Whistler told me my vehicle was unrepairable and I needed to either sell my vehicle to them or tow it off their lot. I towed it to SMD and they informed me the other mechanic just put the part in backwards, and SMD fixed it in under an hour and I was on my way. Really happy with the honest and reliable service at SMD, and I can usually always get my vehicle in pretty and repaired quickly!

My car broke down yesterday, and they had it fixed and running great again today!
The best thing though was how friendly the staff were, and that they were really great with getting it fixed on short notice!

Thumbs up for their attentive response to the flattering tire of our car Saturday afternoon the family day long weekend. They showed us the way to the nearest lordco for tire sealant and phoned the staff to make sure we got the right one. The flat tire accident on a busy holiday afternoon turned out to be fine and we got our Vancouver home safely. Thanks again.

Holy! I pull in here at 4 PM as there’s some really loud noises from one of my wheels. Incredibly friendly, bent over backwards to get me out the door before they closed.Turns out my car had the wrong Lugnuts for the winter tires, and they were loosening off. Can’t recommend this place enough! The friendliest people and amazing service.

It’s tough to find a mechanic you trust and that’s reasonably priced. Everyone at SMD automotive is helpful, kind, and thorough. They are always so accommodating and understanding. It’s also so refreshing to pay normal prices for a mechanic in Whistler! Thank you team! I will keep coming back and will keep recommending you.

Breaks failed on the weekend we were moving house, an absolute disaster and these guys got it all sorted for the next evening and for a very reasonable price, despite being incredibly busy. We're so grateful, would 10/10 recommend
