“I cannot find enough good things to say about Laketown furnishings. The stop for knowledgeable and pleasant. And willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. “We've been shopping at City Furniture for years, and there's a reason we keep coming back. Almost every major furniture and appliance purchase we've made has been through them because they consistently provide outstanding customer service and genuinely care about their customers. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're treated like family. The staff are always welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. They take the time to answer questions, help you find exactly what you're looking for, and make the entire experience enjoyable. They even remember names and small details. Time and time again, we've been able to walk out with exactly what we needed, and they've always gone above and beyond to help us. It's rare to find a business that values its customers the way City Furniture does, and that's why they've earned our loyalty over the years. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you to the entire team for always making us feel so appreciated—we'll definitely be back for many more years to come!”
