I don't recommend using the services. Am originally from Africa. I came to send a package, and I needed to use the washroom. I asked a staff (and older lady) serving me and reluctantly told me to use Starbucks outside, but a man came asking for the washroom, and she happily walked him to the washroom. I am not sure of returning there anymore.
1 star rating was a mistake from my finger pls.

Honestly they have been the absolute worst, my true rating is 0 stars. My very important parcel was return to the sender before I even received an invoice for the duty fee cost. There was 0 communication and they still expect me to pay the duty fee!!!!

Terrible shipping service.They tryed to deliver a package to my office at 5.30 I'm the morning and since obviously no one was there I ended up leaving work early to be able to pick the package up by myself after another few weeks since it got at first shipped back to Vancouver. Seems like really unprofessional service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. The worst service from FedEx at Staples Williams Lake. My mom paid 73 to send me a pkg, she dropped it off Sat., July 1st, they told her it would be picked up Monday and delivered Thursday, July 6th. Every day I been checking the status, and it keeps saying the Label has been created, waiting to be picked up. Why is nothing updated correctly, I tried calling the Customer Care phone line and that was a joke, its all automated and you can not get through to speak to anyone. The item is a cell phone, much needed for my job, as I am a courier driver myself. Haven't been able to work for almost a week now. Why didn't I just trust Canada Post, or why did the Staples Workers not recommend using a different service! Annoyed AF!

Went here to ship out a package. They actually said that FedEx "drops the ball" and I would be better off to go to Canada Post or Puralator.

Some one sending me a package paid for overnight express...100. Dollars it cost her and three days later I still don't have it.please I implore you not to use this service
