They got the big sign out saying that they price match but the cashier inside refused as she said they will not match the price from the flipp app flyers they only do local stores which is ridiculous.

Why have two conveyer belts for groceries when the cashiers just send your groceries down with others stuff, it's completely ridiculous, if you have the tools available, why not use them. it's incredibly frustrating to try putting you stuff in bags as the cashier throws others stuff right in with it, not to mention the way the handicap parking is set up just fosters a terrible design for those shopping. I know you can do better.

Terrible design for folks with mobility issues. Parking lot is on incline and entrance/exit are on separate sides of store. Wasn’t able to access several spaces I needed because employees stocking shelves. Why do this during prime hours while store is busy? Less selection than other stores in town.

They need to cater to disabled people in the parking lot. I don't like how they have their enter & exit doors separated.. I have to park at the exit side & walk to the entrance I have 2 knee replacements. Also their carts ?have small wheels I can barely push it on the pavement outside.. I liked how Safeway had their doors & their carts. .. ? ?

One of my go-to places for groceries in Williams Lake, especially when it comes to veggies. Freshco always has fennel/anise in stock at a reasonable price point. Vegetables and salad ingredients are fresh and plenty. While the store has a somewhat limited selection, what they do sell, is priced ok. Friendly staff and short line-ups at the till and plenty of parking make for a great grocery shopping experience. Excellent addition to Williams lake.

got a pound of ground beef that was marked down because it expired within 2 days. Got it home and unwrapped it that day, ugh that sour smell of rotten meat.

Watch the sign positioning and the register price in this place. I have noticed a lot of mispriced items and when I've brought it up they refer to a knee high price sign that lists a similar item for 2 or 3 times the price. I've been fairly disgusted with these practices here.
