Worst customer care ever . still hasn't paid what he owes its been over a month. Told him I would pick up a cheque and dont mail it . when I stopped by to picj it up he told me he mailed it that morning

I never actually got to sit down with someone and talk about my taxes even a month and a half before taxes were due. When I asked if moving expenses were covered because I moved from home 500km away to get a job they said no and tried to rush me... after further investigation on the CRA website all the things I asked about could have been covered. Clear view accounting got me reimbursed the next year. They don't really go above and beyond for tax season just bare minimum or below.

I have never had worse customer service in my life. They did not ask me one single question about anything pertaining my taxes whatsoever. I am so unimpressed and quite frankly I am very upset. I not somehow owe $1300 because of the countless errors made by their employees. No care for their clients at all. Costs an arm and a leg for them to even do your taxes, and they don't even do them properly. I would not recommend anyone even consider using this establishment unless they enjoy paying a bunch of money just to have to pay more money.

Thanks to them my name to the government is "brittanay" and now I owe them money that I got back because of it being incorrect. Also I'm being charged 100 dollars for something I have no idea about for the government because they stated I lived in Alberta at the end of last year when I didn't. Waste of time, I owe more than I recieved because of them!
