Had a very bad experience with another place, that replaced my back window but messed up the wires for the defrost and light. Les, fixed it right up. He is very fast and professional but also very friendly and caring. He explained everything, so I understand what was going on and he even had a loaner vehicle I could use to run an errand while he worked. I will definitely being returning to him for any future business and I highly recommend him to anyone in need.

I have always used larger chain type windshield repair / replacement companies in the past. However, this is the second time that Les has worked on my cars’ windshields. The first time on my suv was super quick and easy. This time, on my wife’s vehicle, was also just as quick easy. Both times were for windshield stone chip repairs. Les was very professional, personable, and efficient. Both times, I got lucky and was in and out in less than 30 minutes 👍🏼 I highly recommend Les and his company!

Took my Toyota Tacoma here cause all the shops in town will do the windshield camera calibrations themselves. Not this fella, he takes it to the dealer which is exactly what I wanted. I was Leary at first to go to a smaller operation. I took the chance (I am very particular about my truck) and when I met him I knew I’d made the right choice. This man is a craftsman. (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) but he is wonderful. I got a few min to chat with him and it was very enjoyable. I will do my very best to recommend him to anyone who needs glass work. He knows his lane and stays in it. No tinting, no extras or fluff. Just quality windshield work. My camera (lane correction, radar cruise, collision prevention systems) all intact and perfect.
I will never take my truck(or any of my other vehicles) to anyone else. Mr. Otto Glass is exactly what this world needs right now. A good quality place without the need to worry.

Fast, super friendly and super reliable! I have been a customer with Mr. Otto Glass Williams Lake for decades. I'm sure I had over 20 windshields changed at this location over the past years on numerous vehicles. I never had a single issue and always appreciated the prompt in- and out service. The courtesy car is especially helpful.
