I have had nothing but poor luck with banking, until I decided to make the switch to Scotiabank! I can't express how thankful I am for Jodi. She really goes the extra mile to ensure her clients are taken care of. So incredibly grateful for her!

Just went to deposit a cheque and ask about the online banking issue I had. The lady I dealt with seemed rude on asking me questions about my account. So I just cut the this visit short to just deposit my cheque. No point on asking about the online issues with someone who's having an off day.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Systems not totally up to date which is frustrating but they're willing to take feedback.

Online banking is horrible. The 1800 number workers tell you there's nothing we can do to help you must go in branch.
