LA RV Resort is located in the heart of Soledad Canyon, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and a short drive from famous attractions like theme parks, beaches, and museums. It is a great place for thru hikers to stop, very accessible from the trail. The resort offers a bunk, RV stays, and facilities including a pool, shower houses, laundry, and a little store with an amazing selection of snacks, drinks, and resupply meals at a good price. The owner and all workers are nice, very friendly, and helpful. The place is described as very safe and kid and pet friendly, with security in the evening. It is clean, reasonably priced, good for healing, and good for a walk. Many guests state they will definitely go back.
its seen better times, but its a unique location and the swimming pool is nice and fairly clean. Has transitioned to more of a monthly or weekly low cost rental housing, so its not like it used to be but its still got location and the Pacific Crest Trail

A great place to stop as a thru hiker! Very accessible from trail. They have a great selection of food and drinks at a good price. Got a bunk to share with 6 people for $35 including shower. Laundry was cheap and easy too. Thank you!
