“I've had a box there nearly since it opened. I can't state enough th service I've had in all these years it's top notch.Always treated by the owner as a valued customer and friend.Only reason I didn't give five stars is do to the hour changes. When I got my box they had later hours.This business is old school Jan knows how to run a business which is refreshing and much appreciated.I always walk out her door happy whether it's to pick up my mail,ship something or purchase an item I need.”

“Great experience usually, with both staff and overall atmosphere. I have one complaint. I live really close to this store and I used to conveniently drive around the corner and drop off my Amazon returns. I have to drive all the way to Lancaster or East Palmdale to drop off my returns now. I wish there was a way to choose this store again when I make a return on Amazon. The other stores are much farther away. Since I use other UPS services very often, I can't get it all done in one place anymore. I'd appreciate if they brought back Amazon dropoffs at this location again. I'm sure I'm not the only one.”

“I've rented a U-Haul from here a few times and it was a pretty quick and easy process. Most recently, I returned a cargo van and had to return through the app. I wasn't able to get the return to go through and had to deal with customer service. I highly recommend going during business hours because the U-Haul app is in an unsatisfactory state.”
