“Honestly a great place to live. I feel management does what they can and they are only following the laws when it comes to the few residents that get upset. When my water heater went out, they replaced it with an amazing new one, when my neighbors complain about my dogs, we are able to speak about it and correct the issue. I feel they treat everyone fairly and Taryn has always been amazing and she does care and does her job well! Also in a great location for shopping and schools. Free tv and internet with spectrum. Washer and dryer hook-ups and when you actually call in an issue within the first minutes to hours the maintenance team will be there. They have anywhere from 1-3 bedrooms available. I’ve had my up’s and downs but ultimately I am an understanding person that knows that you won’t always get what you want when you need it but knowing that the team does do their best to assist even when residents are super rude and nasty towards them gives me peace. Pearl and Amber are also amazing and super sweet”

“I am so happy that I moved here. It's peaceful, quiet, clean and located centrally to just about everything in the desert. It's close to the freeway too. The rent is reasonable for the quality of the units and the office people are so nice and helpful. It would be great for senior citizens as well as families. Terrific value for the money.”

I went on Friday, July 29 to check on status of my my place on the waiting list and Frankie the business officer was great she took her time to help me explain to me the situation why they never answer the phones and also explain that some of the information on the google is incorrect.”
