Worst bank branch possible. Always something wrong here. Doors won't open with card. ATMs not working. Just a run down not taking care of branch. I've been with bank of American for years all the other branches seem to pleasant to visit. But this one here I regret having to go to.

Worst customer service EVER. Rita (customer service rep) made it to the point that I never want to bank with BofA ever again.

I wouldn't even give a star for the service that I have been given and provided from Bank of America and I don't even have an account and I don't wish to have an account. The policies and procedures in place are so ludicrous and ridiculous that the branch manager can't give a reason for it. Bank of America is the worse banking institution I have ever had the misfortune to go to for anything.

OMG!, So rude on CUSTOMER SERVICE, The line was so long, half way to the END OF THE BUILDING, w / only one TELLER OPENED, they never even apologized to anybody in the line, if they could they would open up another window, in the meantime, the other EMPLOYEES were walking around as if they didn't care!

I had read the reviews and was not looking forward to using it, especially on a Saturday. What a surprise: it opened promptly at 10:00, and the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly to everyone and very efficient. I was sixth in line at time of opening and out of there in less than 15 minutes!

I formerly had a mortgage and a credit card with BOA, but never a bank account. I'm glad that I do not have personal ties with BOA any longer, and I never plan on conducting business with BOA in the future. My landlord has his accounts with BOA, so I do have to come here once a month to make my rent deposit into his account. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the wait times/lines at the ATM-type tellers are now much shorter than they have been in the past. It annoys me to no end to walk into this branch and see workers standing in the foyer area chatting, while there is only one teller at a window. During those times when waits have been nearly out the door, a complaint will receive a response of "have you tried our automated teller?" Um...yeah...that's the line where I'm standing. Or "Have you tried Zelle for bank-to-bank deposits?" Yes...I tried Zelle and it took 17 days the first time, and 9 days the second in order for the money to go through. I have never felt as though BOA is customer centered. In addition, there is a great lack of consistency with regard to what form of identity (if any) is needed for a transaction. A cash deposit will require a photo ID, but I can deposit a check with no identification. Then the next month it will change. Overall, this location has a long way to go in order to bring things up to an acceptable standard. Customer service, consistency in practice, and necessary staffing during peak times all need attention.

Slow and crowded. A 2 minutes chore takes over an hour here. Plus the staff is no help at all.

This is horrible to come in too no human being helping anymore, nothing but machines. Come in to get a cashiers check & I was standing in line waiting for 10 minutes to be told that I have to wait for someone to come back from their lunch break. Wth! This is just ridiculous!

All of BOA stinks. I have had far too many bad experiences with BOA to outline here. Most of my banking is done via a Credit Union. BOA stinks.

I needed a transaction history, and was in the area so I came to this bank. The lady in the front helped me and she looked like she had a terrible day and spoke to me like she did not want to help me. When she would ask a question, she seemed so bothered. Terrible customer service. Every boa I went to have been pretty good as far as being courteous to customers..Adelanto BOA needs help in being more friendlier to there customers.

For many years, I have tried to avoid BofA. After more than 10 years, I wanted to give them the opportunity to win back my loyalty. I went into this branch to open a checking account. I asked for a free account. The young man assured me that the account was free without a minimum and the first box of checks were free. I consider myself literate and understand exactly what he was saying to me. None the less, $20 was being deducted from my account every month. Every month I would call them up, explain their error and have it re credited to my account. Terrible experience. I highly recommend US BANK. They are the best and they still have free checking accounts.
