Horrible service u get left in hold for several minutes uo 30 minutes then they just pick the phone and hang it up ..usually a verry rude lady over the phone seems like she hates her job and just talks to u disrespectful they need better receptionist and more polite ...will be reporting to BBB

I'm actually experiencing the same issue as Brody right now as we speak,so y'all might wanna do something about that, since I can't seem to reply to the owner's response I'll say it here and that is the fact despite having that issue I went in to the place here in Adelanto and the people are actually decent so whatever the issue is about the phones I don't get it how can you be one way on the phones and another way in person

called for parts and pricing and after being told to hold on multiple times in a very rude manner by someone i could barely understand and set on hold i finally got through and asked for the parts they have listed. without saying a word the guy just hung up on me. extremely disrespectful.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO WILL CALL. It is a dismantling facility only. I made the mistake of coming to this location after I was improperly informed by the LKQ call center. Staff was super nice, even though they couldn't help me, which earns them the 5-stars. Place your order over the phone and have it sent to your nearest LKQ pickup location/distributor.

The worst customer service you can get and the most frustrating is they call you a liar as they lie this is getting too much it is not my fault you guys has to work for a living don’t take it on me. If you don’t like your job just quit it’s not my fault I am only a customer trying to buy products. Just the worst not just this lkq all of them just don’t want to help out. I tried contacting the manager many times left many messages but no call back they just don’t care.

Don't call this guys unless you need the parts 10 days later. They always do the same. You order parts, they won't ship on time and then you will have to wait forever until they decide to deliver
