“I initially filled out a request on the AmeriGas webpage, but could not finalize it because we have a motorized gate blocking access to our property. I explained this to an agent over the telephone, who arranged for the delivery man to call my tenant, who lives at the property, to alert the tenant to his expected arrival and so then open the gate. Everything worked out just fine, my tenant and I am quite happy with the delivery experience.”
