The technician who came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He carefully inspected everything, explained what he was checking, and made sure my dryer and gas line were safe.
He was also very courteous and took the time to answer my questions, which really gave me peace of mind. It’s not often you find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about helping the customer. I truly appreciate the quick response and excellent service. That’s normal all propane companies up here. If you need an extra delivery call them. It’s simple. I haven’t any problem with their once a month delivery. And Coleen is my go to person.
