All I can say I been with us bank for awhile and I love to deal with fabby m she knows her banking and she always has answers to what you ask and checks to make sure of what you ask and she looks so nice all the time and her personality is awesome to deal with and her appearance is always neat and dress nice to see she deserves to go higher in her job thank go’s she is there she is a keeper

ATM not working . Took my card and didn’t give it back. Branch closed since it’s Saturday after hours and I’m not from this area. Horrible experience

After adding a 2nd ATM, it breaks, it happened in the middle of my transaction while depositing $500.00 and the power went out. It conveniently happened with my money in the deposit slot, called customer service and called for a technician because I was not going to move in case the money would spit out. After 2 hours the technician test but told me I had to contact the 800 number for a claim. Only to be told they wouldn’t let me have my money for 10 days and may take up to 45 days to get it resolved, mind you it was the Memorial Day holiday spoke to the branch manager and he didn’t care didn’t bother to help or look up my account. I told him I wouldn’t bank with them anymore and he just shrugged and didn’t care.They are being the next Bank of America, sat in the lobby and over heard the clerk making call backs to open accounts, they were more worried about new accounts then keeping their regular customers.Their ATMs are constantly broken and offer no help or sympathize with your situation. We already have a thief of a Bank of America now let’s add US Bank to that list.

This the absolute worst branch ever..... ATM ate my card.... Asked a representative to help, they told me I have to get my card replaced.... Because they don't deal with their ATM... It's a 3rd party vendor.....

This bank absolutely sucks. I've been banking with U.S. Bank for about two years now and I can probably only name a handful of times that the drive-through ATM ever worked. Sometimes I have to go inside and every time I ask the workers what's going on with the ATM they say that it just got maintenanced. I just don't understand why the ATM's never accept money, and it's so inconvenient because sometimes by the time I get off work the bank is already closed so I can't even go inside.

Amazing customer service but just like the last feedback mentions, the ATM machine outside and the drive through ATM is almost always out of order. It's late outside and I'm left with no choice but to go to shady seventh street to make a deposit because it's the next closest branch.

This bank branch has the worst employees and Russell is a very poor excuse for a manager. They have had some good employees in past years, but they seem to be gone now. In the past, I have dealt with Maria, and she has been wonderful. How Russell ever got to be a supervisor or manager is beyond me. They might as will send out a robot that just says no to anything that might be a little bit out of the ordinary. I am in the process of changing over my driver's license from an out of state to a CA. I had my old license and my temporary paper license with my full name and full description that obviously matched that of my previous picture ID license. I also had my bank card and my checkbook to show it was me. I needed to cash 2 checks as Trustee of my account. The teller had to call Russell on his phone, as he was out of the bank. I waited for his return. I could tell he was already poised to decline my transaction. I offered to get into my account online to show it was my account. I wanted the two checks to be a legal record, otherwise I could just get the cash out of the ATM with NO ID. He had no answer when I pointed that out. If he can't make a sensible managerial decision, there is no need for him whatsoever. He knew I was who I said I was, but he chose to be a j**** US Bank really needs to be in the customer service business and hire decent management who are willing to look at the preponderance of evidence when making decisions. Anybody can just say no. I will be closing this account soon, and will never use US Bank in the future.

This branch needs to get it together they are closed half the time. And both ATM won't let you do deposits because they are out of service. A complete waist of time.

Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Only been 1 time but it went cool. Great location. I love the shopping center. Its a one stop shopping frenzy on both sides of the street. Lots of food places when you leave the bank, ice cream, across the street is more food and Wal-Mart.

They helped me through fraud issues and didnt threaten to close my account they kept it open and I was able to get through very helpful team.
