This bank absolutely sucks. I've been banking with U.S. Bank for about two years now and I can probably only name a handful of times that the drive-through ATM ever worked. Sometimes I have to go inside and every time I ask the workers what's going on with the ATM they say that it just got maintenanced. I just don't understand why the ATM's never accept money, and it's so inconvenient because sometimes by the time I get off work the bank is already closed so I can't even go inside.

Amazing customer service but just like the last feedback mentions, the ATM machine outside and the drive through ATM is almost always out of order. It's late outside and I'm left with no choice but to go to shady seventh street to make a deposit because it's the next closest branch.

This bank branch has the worst employees and Russell is a very poor excuse for a manager. They have had some good employees in past years, but they seem to be gone now. In the past, I have dealt with Maria, and she has been wonderful. How Russell ever got to be a supervisor or manager is beyond me. They might as will send out a robot that just says no to anything that might be a little bit out of the ordinary. I am in the process of changing over my driver's license from an out of state to a CA. I had my old license and my temporary paper license with my full name and full description that obviously matched that of my previous picture ID license. I also had my bank card and my checkbook to show it was me. I needed to cash 2 checks as Trustee of my account. The teller had to call Russell on his phone, as he was out of the bank. I waited for his return. I could tell he was already poised to decline my transaction. I offered to get into my account online to show it was my account. I wanted the two checks to be a legal record, otherwise I could just get the cash out of the ATM with NO ID. He had no answer when I pointed that out. If he can't make a sensible managerial decision, there is no need for him whatsoever. He knew I was who I said I was, but he chose to be a j**** US Bank really needs to be in the customer service business and hire decent management who are willing to look at the preponderance of evidence when making decisions. Anybody can just say no. I will be closing this account soon, and will never use US Bank in the future.

This branch needs to get it together they are closed half the time. And both ATM won't let you do deposits because they are out of service. A complete waist of time.

worse bank , its friday and still havent gotten my deposit in my bank! i have bills that are getting taken out of my account and all they sayin wait until 6am like wtf!! even wellsfargo bank woluld have my money by 12am

Don't go to this bank unless you have at least one hour to waste. These bankers at this office are incompetent. Every time I come here there's a long line, and when there's not a long line they are even slower! None of them know what they are doing. They leave you waiting in line while they are just standing there. If you actually have the patience to make it to the counter, the smallest details they have to ask for assistance. I think this is where they put their worst workers. Makes me second guess even banking with them. If you stand in line long enough you will literally see people getting fed up and leaving. Do not bank here!

I have had accounts with U.S. Bank all the way back to when they were known as 'Star Bank' in Ohio. I have always received excellent service at this location in Adelanto. Recently I opened a business checking account and a business credit card, while cancelling one personal account. It did take a while with all the legalities/application/paperwork necessary on the business side of the house. Debra C provided excellent service and even called me back a few days later to review all that we had accomplished that day. You can expect to have a long wait during busy times (first of month, Saturdays), but that's nothing unusual. The tellers are exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. As a customer, I feel valued and I feel as though I matter.

Excellent customer service and quick transactions. Can't count on going to the ATM machine at this location its always out of service. Need more than just one machine.

I have had several encounter at this branch. Customer services suffers. Manager is lazy and terrible example for the employees. The tellers are awesome and I have only had great service with the teller there. This place is in need of a change in management.

Have to say I don't come very often. I brought my wife today to open personal business account and a lady name Debra C. Had an attitude and was very unprofessional. I think I should close all my account if we are going to be treated that way. I will never come back to this location. This kind of people my place look bad. Should be 0 Stars.

I don't care for any of the US banks here in the HD! One is just as bad as the other. They had me sit and wait to open another account while two of the bankers just stood around laughing and talking really loud. There were only two people in the bank besides me so it wasn't busy. So I got up and left

I would avoid this brand of bank in general. Most branches close at 5:00pm which is just too early for the average working person. This branch only has one ATM and it is a DRIVE UP ONLY. When it's down like it was today you are pretty much screwed. I thought it was broken, but it just needed money which if the ATM is at the bank it should never run out of money. You can only use ATM cards with a Visa logo if you need to go inside to get money out. Also, if you have a credit card and fall behind for whatever reason US Bank will never work the payments out with you. The two good things would be the actual employees inside this branch...they are friendly and welcoming and they still offer free checking.

I opened my account at this branch and let me tell you that this branch as well as the other branches I deal with are amazing. This branch in Adelanto was more memorable because I actually sat and had a normal conversation with the new account lady about life in general. She was nice and honest and made the entire visit seem like a social visit. They are very warm and friendly. Other banks can learn from US Bank. They still have free checking accounts.
