I have a small business that requires me to go into the post office about 5/8 times a month.
I truly am displeased with the current staff that is there. The man that does the passports, Latino man.. has a horrible attitude. I’ve done my passport several times there and he wasn’t like that’s before.
Now the front counter associate that is also Latino.. horrible with a “hurry up what do you need do I look like I care” attitude. Looks like he literally rolls out of bed and just Poot overall representation of what I’m sure the post office wants to show.
There is another man that is on the slimmer side compared to the other 2… he is very polite and just has the im sorry I work with a bunch of ...
USPS, do better in hiring well equipped, well educated staff.

Today's guy, Felix ( what I later found out after I went back in to ask for it) in charge of passports renewal has a very negative attitude for a public servant, quote from USPS webpage
"Postal Service employees go the extra mile for customers and communities every day and are highly committed to their role as public servants"
minus Felix's highly commitment.
I went in to knock on the passport door and the guy assisting a customer next to it with a very condescending actitud (Felix) told me to step back .
I didn't know he was the one processing the passports I thought he was just another clerk so I said I was goin to knock on the door but again with a very condescending tone and actitud told me to step back and added that he was in charge of the passports.
Would been much different if he could've said "Hi I'll be right with you as soon as I'm done with the customer, I'm the one processing the passports". Or something in that regard.
Post office master should review performance and evals and make sure they have the right training and attitude as customer service public servants.

We make appointment for 12:35 ,the lady at the front never say it was a waiting time for the appointments for passports ,I waist 30 minutes from my lunch time ,we have to ask her what happened with the service and she say they waiting for the passport agent ,what's the point to make appointment to get the service
