The westlake village location told me that B of A does do blocked accounts for minors. I gave the attorney the bank info for the court order. When the check & order came in, the westlake branch then informed me that they don't. I sent an email off to my attorney and they told me to double check - they use b of a all the time. So instead of calling the westlake branch, I called Agoura. Toni Rose answered the phone and confirmed that b of a DOES do blocked accounts for minors. She was so pleasant and thoughtful! 5 stars for Toni!

Service at this location is awful. You must make an appointment with a "Relationship Manager" in order to do most anything. Good thing I do 99% of my banking online because this would be the last place I'd want to go if I didn't have to.

If I could give this bank a zero star I would. From the time at the height of the pandemic, when they refused to ask people who were coughing in line to put on a mask, to now, when there is no way you can get anyone on the phone, I am done with them. Last week I try to get through to them by phone because the online account did not show I withdraw for a payment. I had made to their credit card several days before. That day a took two hours off of work in the afternoon to try to call them, and eventually had to take the rest of the day off to go to the bank for them to tell me that the app has not caught up with real time. Today I used the ATM. It shorted me one of the $20 bills I was supposed to receive and two additional ones were torn in half and I only received 1/2 of each of those two torn bills. I tried calling and sat in my car on camera for about 15 minutes and then pulled into the parking lot and have now waited another hour. I still cannot get through to anyone on any of their lines, even using their special customer phone number that is on their app. I happen to have both a personal cell phone and a work cell phone and I have four calls going toggling back-and-forth on both phones trying to get through a line. maybe Bank of America doesn't think an account of over a couple hundred thousand dollars is any big deal to lose, but I will be withdrawing all my money tomorrow. I am done!

Awful customer service. Sad to see how this once great banking center has declined in the community.

It was early so the bank isn't open yet. So I decided to use their ATM. After I am done, that's when I saw the sign for a Drive up ATM. Duh It was a fast and easy transaction as there is no line. There were 2 ATMs side by side by the entrance. This bank is located in a strip mall off Kanan and Thousand Oaks Blvd. Accessible to the freeway. Ample parking.

Poor service with mostly lax, unhelpful staff. Branch seems to need a manager to cultivate more professional, knowledgeable employees. Dislike visiting this office but, unfortunately, is the only one near my home.

A Zelle transfer was made in error to a wrong number. Within seconds the error was noted and calls were made. It until the Zelle transfer posts could anything be done, rescinded, stopped, etc which seems odd. So, when posted and taken, Bank of America said too bad. They would not assist a customer of 36 years over $55 !!! What a joke. They said BofA is not related to Zelle and they couldn't do anything. So, time to change banks. Go with a more customer friendly company, maybe a local bank, who cares about the community more than $55. Don't bank at Bank of America.

Singularly the MOST incompetent banking staff I have had the misfortune in dealing with in years. Their business banking is the worst. After 2 hours of absolutely no progress I was given a phone number to someone within BofA that could help me. Number was disconnected! At one point I asked if they could just call me when they resolved the issues on THEIR end and was informed if I didn't like waiting, while she was supposedly helping me solve the issue, "make an appointment". BofA would be better off closing this location.

The WORST AWARD goes to this bank location.Tellers and other employees are rude and snobbish. They act like their shit don't stink. Only reason I go into this branch is to buy a cashiers check which is $15 rip off for a piece of paper. Employees are just walking around and they don't even greet you as you walk in.

I tried to get added to my father's checking account for too long and not being able to all because of this branches insane rules and bumbling staff that did little to help. If you have to bank at B of A go to another branch but consider a different bank altogether.

I've probably been in this bank as much or more than any other bank in my life. First clarification about this review is it is not related to opening/closing accounts or loans or financial planning of any kind. This is based on everyday banking activity and nothing more. Always have plenty of staff on hand so service is as quick as any other bank I've been in (remember it's not always the banks fault when someone takes a long time at the counter/window - it can be a complicated transaction). Staff are friendly and chat with you while they provide service. Another thing I really liked about this location, as it was my home branch, is the fact that they didn't put holds on deposits, at least not as long as other branches. I would recommend this branch if you're looking for a bank/home branch location.

Great teamwork in that branch. A lot of people are not please with most bank. These employees follow guidelines and policy to keep their job. Not bending the rule to accommodate your liking is not unprofessional or being rude. Trust me if they have the way to help you they will do it in a heartbeat and they won't even have those hard conversation with us. It's not because the bank have our money deposit, they owe use our money.

I've been banking at this bank for over 20 years never had any problems. Although they may not be 100% perfect they've always been courteous and helpful.

Unprofessional customer service. After we waited 45 minutes to open Bank Accounts for our children and being reassured that we were next, we were told that we'd have to make another appointment on another day; the bank was closing. B of A also failed to send me an updated ATM card even though I came twice in person to make the request. We will be moving our accounts to a new bank.
