Disappointing, don't bother going here unless you can make them lots of money and you get a buck. They line the entrance floor with moderate value coins to prove to you in advance how much THEY don't value them.

I personally thought the man that helped me was rude. Made offer I personally thought was low. I decided to get 2nd opinion and he got rude and said I hope you sell it elsewhere as I don’t want to go thru it again. Well I did go elsewhere and got 1.50% above his offer

I've never done this before but because I had such good service from Lisa compared to the gentleman that I had on the phone, which I assume was the owner by reading the other reviews, I will update this to four stars. Lisa was actually five stars because of the previous experience, I got to stay with four stars. Thank you, Lisa for, changing my mind and giving a new outlook to your company. I will see you in the future.

While dealing with estate issues, I had several gold rings and some gold and silver coins I needed to sell for the estate. After doing a lengthy internet search for a place that dealt with coins and jewelry, I decided to check out Goldcoast. I met with Lisa. She was great! Very nice and professional. I told her that I needed a fair market value in order to satisfy the other 8 beneficiaries. I did some research regarding the value of my items before I went to Goldcoast, and Lisa met, and exceeded my expectations. I left very satisfied!! I recommend their business if you are looking to cash-out any of valuable treasures!

Lisa was amazing! (Truly enjoyed being greeted by their dog - he was checking me out and super friendly - helped break the ice so to speak!) I had three estates I was tidying up the last details. Lisa was candid and realistic between the emotional value and the real value of these coins. Lisa gave me a honest appraisal for both US and foreign coins in these small family collections. I also appreciate her sage guidance, wit and wisdom regarding what to do with coins that were only packaged for presentation (ie the quarter was still only 25 cents in value). I recommend Gold Coast Coin Exchange to assist you in "letting go" of the family heirlooms that have become burdens and turn them into assets.
